Ois Removals Ltd

OIS REMOVALS LTD

I've used OIS Removals twice this year & found them excellent. They are careful & courteous & work well as a team. No breakages - including fragile stuff! I thoroughly recommend them

House Packing and Removal

This is the second time I've used OIS and once again I’m very satisfied with how it went. They packed all the belongings in my 4 bed house and moved them into storage. All the work was done exactly on schedule, to the price agreed, and the people sent were hard working, flexible and communicative. I’m very grateful.

Moving made easy

Used these guys for a small office move from SW to W London over a weekend. Vans turned up on time, removal men were very helpful and they managed to pack everything in two vehicles, which I wouldn't have thought possible.

No issues at all. All items arrived safely and were placed where directed. Excellent service. Very happy with them.

Fantastic Team.

My wife and I have moved several times over the last few years including this week (July 2020) and each time we have used OIS Removals. They have always been so helpful, careful, incredibly swift, polite, on time and very reasonably priced. Being aged 70 and 60, it's really important to have trust and confidence in the people handling our important personal possessions and furniture. Thank you Oisin and Team.

Recommend Ois removals.

We had a very good experience with Ois Removals. Their price of £1350 inc VAT to pack and move our gear from a large 2nd floor flat (no lift!) to a house was competitive and we thought good value. The team they sent were professional, well run and good humoured throughout the 2 days of packing and moving. They kept us informed about what was going on, labelled the packed boxes, and made sure everything was in the right place before leaving at the end of the move. Everything has arrived safely and Ois made our whole moving experience as stress free as possible.

Ois Removals.

I booked Ois removals in April to move a large number of items which included antique furniture and boxed glass and china to be delivered to storage. They arrived on time and were helpful and efficient both in packing up and in repacking carefully in to a storage space. I therefore contacted them again in May to take a smaller number of items including heavy garden furniture across London to a family member who was waiting for them. They were again friendly and efficient, their quote was very reasonable and included insurance (which they verified).  .

Great experience.

We hired Ois for our move and used their packing and moving service.  We found their service excellent throughout.  Unfortunately one item was damaged.  However, Oisin agreed to reimburse us the cost of repair immediately and without delay.  The guys sent round to do the packing and moving worked tirelessly and were polite and cheerful throughout the two days.  We would definately use them again and would recommend them without a doubt.

OIS removals ltd.

An excellent experience and would highly recommend - we booked at the last minute, just 4 days before the move: Cristina was very helpful and the final price of £366 was not only the cheapest but included £78 to remove and dispose of two old sofas. On the day the van arrived exactly on time and we met the wonderful Joe and Pedro, who could not have been more helpful or thoughtful - nothing was too much for them and they were so experienced and well organised that the whole move (from arriving at our front door in London to leaving us unpacked in Surrey) took just 4 hours. I was nervous beforehand, as although OIS has great reviews it was the cheapest quote by 50% compared to other companies I contacted but it is hard to imagine how any other company could have bettered the service we got from OIS! Highly recommended for a stress free move at a great price.

Fantastic Experience.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Well thanks to OIS Removals Limited, it took the pain out of the 4th move in a year for me. The team were friendly, hardworking, efficient, polite and couldn't have done the job more smoothly.

I am SO grateful for the smooth running of the the whole process and would seriously recommend this removal company to anyone..asn should I ever move again, I will be sure to get in touch with them.

Storage and Removal.

I was reccommended Oisin Removals by a friend about 5 years ago when I had to leave England. In that five years I have accessed my belongings three times and they have been stored in good condition. It's not somewhere where you can access every week, as in self storage, but for anyone looking to store for longer periods with limited access, then I would highly recommend them because of their very competitive pricing.I've just ended my storage contract and had the things picked up and they gave me a great deal for a couple of guys in a van to deliver to an address of my choice in London. Considering I had a lot of hassle initially try to get a company to pick it up and store them for a reasonable price, overall I'm very happy with the service I received from Oisin and his people.

Fantastic!

Thank you OIS removals for making our move go so smoothly.  We used their packing service, they sent 2 very helpful and friendly guys round the day before the move, who did a great job in no time at all.  The move went very well, especially as the property we moved to had 3 floors with a spiral staircase, any request we had were answered with 'no problem we can do that for you'.  They had to take apart and reassemble quite a few pieces of furniture, this was not an issue for them.  They also got rid of some furniture we no longer wanted for a small fee, much cheaper than using a man with a van or disposal service.  The quote we got from them was in fact the cheapest of the 3 I got, so very reasonably priced.  I will definitely use them again should we move and will also recommend them to friends and family.

Very good service, few improvement areas.

Ois provided a very good service. We moved a 3-bedroom bungalow from Woking (Surrey) to a house in Fleet (Hants), including some itmes to be dismantled and reassembled and an upright piano. I only have few improvement suggestions. As a summary, the overall service was very good and we would re-use Ois Removals if necessary.

Positive:

- booking service: easy, quick, efficient; Cristina asked all questions on the phone and they did not need to visit, then the booking was made via email

- the quotation was one, clear, and comprehensive, including all I had discussed on the phone (not the case with few other companies), and did not change in due course - we only paid after the job was completed (I really appreciated this)

- the removal team guys (led by Nono) were very kind and very clean; they have been nice and polite and they didn't get anything dirty either in the old house or the new house (walls, items, furniture)

- the removal schedule was very convenient: they packed everything but the beds and few other things on the first day, so that we could sleep in our old house, then they finished packing/dismantling, loaded and unloaded everything on the following day

- they…
