Terrible - avoid at all costs!

When our removals firm failed to show, we contacted Möbelpackerwien, who confirmed we could have a last minute appointment. We were so relieved. Then they arrived 3.5 hours late (Stau, Stau, Baustelle..totally unbelievable) and wanted to talk price, although we had agreed an hourly rate. The haggling and pressure they put on us was so unpleasant, and the guy so slimey, that we threw them out in the end (luckily we were able to postpone our move). We found an alternative firm next day which was polite, arrived on time, kept to the agreed hourly rate, and worked like crazy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE.

TOTALLY screwed me over!!

I asked on the phone (website didn't load) about costs - only the 25 per hour and the 6 per floor/Stockwerk (einmalig) were mentioned. SO MANY extra costs appeared when the "boss" showed up, it was ridiculous. He demanded the money in cash before they drove off with all of my stuff, and he insisted it would take 7 hours (my friends and I could have easily done it in 3, tops, but I wanted to save us the trouble - I seriously own very little stuff) - and he left with my money. The whole thing took about 5 hours, and they broke a plant pot and then tried to switch my plants around so I wouldn't notice - and claimed nothing happened.

Absolutely horrible company, so angry and upset. Do not use them!! This is the first time I've ever written a review about anything, if that even sheds light on the pissed-off-ed-ness coursing through me at the moment.
