Mir wurde von diesem Unternehmen, zuerst recht normal und zuverlässig ein Gerät geliefert und aufgebaut, wie gesagt sie wollten alles professionell durchführen. Leider kam es zu einem Sachschaden durch einen der Mitarbeiter. Wir haben den Sachschaden protokolliert und fotografiert damit wir das ganze über der Versicherung der Firma aus dem Weg räumen können. Leider hat sich die ganze Sache wie ein Kaugummi gezogen, erst wurde nicht mehr auf Anrufe reagiert, danach auch nicht mehr auf Emails. Von der unprofessionellen Art und Weise wie der Herr kommuniziert will ich hier gar nicht sprechen, in Ausreden und umdrehen der Situation allerdings sehr kreativ.

After all the damage caused by the move, which I will not be reimbursed for, my kitchen hangings came down after less than 2 months at night, which the Messerschmidt company installed during the move because the wrong dowels were used. I will never forget the loud bang of the night and my kitchen looked like a battlefield. If I had been in my kitchen at that time, I would probably be dead by now. Messerschmidt doesn't even think it necessary to apologize for it. You have costs and you have to dispose of the old kitchen that is over and nobody from the company really cares. The insurance company only reimburses the current value for all the damage and many personal items (cups from vacation, etc.) are broken ... you will never get them again. I cannot recommend the company to anyone!
