MCL Umzug Reinigung Lagerung

At the end of September 2019 the reins team came 1 hour 30
Minutes late.

2.5 room apartment with 3 MCL workers. I have
Helped at full throttle in the old apartment. In the new apartment, LUCKY, there were 3 women who also helped. It took us more than 9 hours
for the move. Bed & cupboard were put up, otherwise a huge mess in the apartment, everything was just put down and we had to move things X times, even though I said at the beginning what belongs where.

We kept our end of the contract and paid cash. If we had known what was coming ...

Damage was caused in my old apartment.
This damage has not yet been reported by MCL to their insurance company.

Damage was made to one of our cars at
parking the truck. Still restrained for 4 hours in the new apartment, not a word about the damage lost (hit-and-run ?!). A new neighbor was a witness
and informed us about it, unfortunately the reins were already gone. After a hard fight, this damage was reported and paid for by the insurance.

Cleaning was ok according to the former tenant. Had to clean a few things. Purchase guarantee.

Fought for almost 4 months to get the apartment damage reported. E-mail traffic, X phone calls with MCL & their insurance company - nothing worked ... Again and again they promised that they would report the damage, all just empty promises and lies.

MCL is not recommended.

As agreed, MCL employees showed up at 7 a.m. on the day of the move. They were friendly, worked quickly and were well coordinated as part of a team. They dismantled our furniture, set up an inclined elevator, loaded furniture and 95 moving boxes and delivered everything back to the destination. The men were attentive, followed all instructions and carefully handled our belongings. After the move, the MCL employees disposed of three larger pieces of furniture that we no longer wanted to move. The appearance of the reins team was always professional and friendly. The stable and practical moving boxes are provided by MCL in sufficient numbers and are included in the moving price. The price for moving and disposal was absolutely competitive. We were very satisfied and would be happy to recommend MCL to others.

Very bad experience iVery bad experience with this company that we thought was serious and organised. Our furniture was delivered twice over 5 days and each time there was not enough staff to handle it. We had to help the staff ourselves to unload the trucks. Many of our belongings were damaged during transport, everything was badly stored in their trucks. Since the problems, nobody answers us anymore and they don't want to refund the damaged items. Considering the price and the services, this company is a disaster. Avoid them.
