M25 Movers

We booked a very last minute move with M25 Movers last week-literally for a move the same week. They managed to slot us in, despite ours being a reasonable sized move. There was an added stress to this move for us, as my wife is seven months pregnant and it was therefore of the most importance that it went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by this company. Nothing was too much effort for them. The customer service team were delightful and fulfilled all our last minute requests.  The movers themselves were hard working and efficient and cheerful! We booked a two-man crew but the Company sent an extra man at no extra charge, which meant that the job was performed quicker than anticipated-always a good thing! The price was exactly as quoted, with no extra charges (one is always wary about removal companies adding on hidden charges and this has happened to me before). Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend M25 Movers.  .

We had to undertake some major renovations on our house, for which we were forced to move out and rent a flat for a whole year. As you can imagine this was very stressful. Seeing that this was a temporary situation, we decided to rent a storage facility for some of our belongings and only take the necessary things to the flat. Since this was a fairly big project, we needed some strong hands to help out and we wanted one company for the whole job (Moving out and back in). After spending quite a lot of time researching and getting offers from different moving companies, M25 Movers  provided us with the best overall offer and we went for it. Now back at our house after the whole thing I can say that we were very fortunate in our choice. When we first moved into the temporary apartment, they brought all the right items to the flat whilst taking everything else to the storage unit. On the way back a year later we experienced a similar efficient and friendly service as before. No delays, no unreasonable extra charges and no damaged items. Me and my family were very happy with M25 Movers and can only commend their hard work and professionalism.  .

Moving from a two bed flat in London to a detached house on the outskirts we had a superb experience with M25 movers. From start to finish the team were professional, careful and courteous. The estimate of how much we had to move and how long it would take were spot-on. They really took the stress out of the move and made the whole move as smooth as possible. Everything was carefully wrapped and loaded, and all our belongings and furniture arrived at the destination on time and without any mark of the move. For our next move we know where to go!

We've used M25 to move from a 4 bed house. They kept us informed throughout the process from the booking to the unpacking, asking for feedback at each step. The staff were very professional and friendly. They handled our stuff carefully from packing, moving and unpacking. Nothing has been damaged. During the move we could have done with 2 or three more team members but they were all fully booked. The job has been completed in a reasonable time. If we had to return the keys earlier that day, they would have increased the number of team members. Overall very good experience with friendly and professional staff.

These guys are absolutely fantastic - I rarely write reviews but they did such an excellent job I really wanted to recommend them. They were great right from the very first phone call to even coming back a couple of days later with a couple more men to hoist my sofas over a wall (they wouldn't fit through the narrow doorway). Professional, polite and way beyond the service I was expecting - it was a bit of a tricky move (both out of the old building and into the new flat) but they made it look easy, and all with a smile! Fixed cost as well (which was important to me - I know a few people who were given low quotes only to get stung during/after the move). If you're looking for a removal company then I can't recommend M25 Movers highly enough. Excellent, 10 out of 10 (and extra stars too)!

M25 were punctual and super efficient. However, it is clear that speed takes precedence over careful packing and to some extent this is understandable when you only moving a mile rather than continents. However, while I asked for boxes to be numbered and an attempt was made to comply with this request, there was no opportunity given to either count the boxes at departure or on arrival so the numbering was a bit pointless. While the team were happy to unpack their wardrobe boxes and anything wrapped in a blanket as these are clearly items which they want to re-use they were not keen to unpack much else. Given the volume of things moved and number of boxes that remain to unpack I will only know that everything has reached safe and sound in a few weeks given that I work full time and have no one to help me with this task. Another niggle was their refusal to clear away 3 boxes that were moved and emptied by them to assemble a bed (assembly was part of the moving contract) as they claim they cannot put these in a recycle tip as they are a moving company. All in all I would say they managed to clear every single scrap of my life in the old place, box it and move it to the new place in just over 5 hours (which is impressive). They were good value as conducted a thorough competitive bidding and survey process with over 7 moving companies. Just be careful not to keep their crew waiting at the new place. What I have unpacked so far looks great - no breakages of glassware or expensive art/ electronics. However, I will only know just how good they are when my unpacking is over in a few weeks.

We hired the service online. Using the online calculator I estimated 5 hours for doing the full move.
On the day that we arranged, the team called "Bumblebee" arrived very punctually. They had a quick assessment of the stuff that we had and start moving everything to the van.
They were very quick and professional. They protected two screens that we had.
Because the flat that we were going to move was quite far, they allowed me to travel with them.
On the arrival point, again very quick and professional. They were asking were to leave all the stuff that they were carrying.
They took only 2 hours for the full move instead of the 5 that I estimated.
Everything arrived in good conditions and we were really happy with the service and the team. I won't hesitate to use M25 if I have to move again and even less if the Bumblebee team will going to make the move :)

To put in one word - SUPERB.

The team was thoroughly professional. We wanted a full service with packing and moving (not unpacking). A team of 3 men arrived the previous day of the move and packed all of the items (3 bedroom house) leaving only the bare essential ones (bed, toileteries, kitchen needs) and they were gone by mid day.

They arrived again quite punctually (infact earlier) the next day for the move. They were very careful with all the fragile ones especially the TV and all the glass items.

They too extra care in packing and moving everything.

All packed carefully and the move done brilliantly. Sebastien and his team were really good.

We have only unpacked few boxes and all the goods are fine. Iam sure the other ones will be fine too.

The lady Tianna who I was dealing with was thoroughly professional. She was very approachable and easy to talk to. Very friendly and nice. I dealt with Shelina after the move and she is a professional too.

I will surely use them for my next move and I certainly will recommend M25 movers to all my friends.

In total it was a hassle free move with no stress or tension especially with 2 boys (both being very active).

I couldn't believe how unbelievable A-team were. Right from the beginning, my account manager Paula set me up with some extra boxes as per my request.

On the day, the workers were extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t believe the speed at which they work. They took great care when packing and transporting things and they took apart and re-built furniture in way that was just mind boggling. They even dis-assembled my trampoline and built me a kitchen table that I had been waiting assembly for months.

Very very happy and will definitely use again.

We approached M25 rather late in the day as our sale went through quicker than expected and tho' time was short nothing was a problem to Paula. She was clear about what we could expect and we knew we were in safe hands!
The Optimus Prime team turned up bang on time and made light work of a good many very heavy and awkward items!
I do not have the words to express how well each member of the team interacted and allowed nothing to be a problem whilst taking care of everything!
We had used M25 a couple of years ago but they were even better this time..if we ever have to move again M25 will certainly be top of the list. Mighty Thanks to all concerned!

M25 movers' A Team moved me from a 4 bed house to a two bed flat. First they came and packed everything quickly and professionally. Then they moved everything, reassembled the beds and plumbed in the washing machine all within 5 hours, which included having to wait outside the new flat to be able to get in. Just now they have delivered the 30 boxes of books they had kept in store for me. They collected the cardboard boxes. They are amazing. Never ever use anyone else to move you.
