I was moving from a 2 bed flat in 2nd floor without lift to a house. I packed most of the stuff myself, even the TV and work monitors, printers, sound system. The only items to dismantle and pack were the 2 beds, 2 computer tables and one dining table. I had a number of issues.

1) The lead guy was an angry man. The door to the new house opens outside and had auto close and the moving day was windy and raining, the door was closing behind him and he was angry and he was pushing the door hard that I was worried that he is going to break it.

2) A large computer table was not dismantled and he said that it wasn’t going to fit the stairwell and left it in the ground floor. I had to dismantle that and carry it to second floor on my own.

3) most importantly the mattress bag for the super king size mattress that he had was damaged, so my mattress was soiled and torn on one corner because he was pulling the mattress on the wet floor outside.

4) when leaving they left cling wrap lying around in the front porche and I had to collect and dispose them after they left. It was one large bin bag full.

5) they damaged(deep scratches) the stairwell ceiling while they attempted to take the super king size bed upstairs.

The staff over the phone was courteous, but the movers were not.

Their claims procedure is impossible. With all the hassle of moving, they are asking me to find a trades person to assess and quote within 7 days to fix the damage for making a claim. You will never be successful in making a claim if they have these Ts&Cs

M25 Movers’ Ku Fu Panda team of movers literally saved my house move from disaster after I had been let down by a removals company that I had booked a month earlier and they only partially completed the move. On the day of moving out, I called M25 movers to ask for urgent help. Within the hour, Kung Fu Pandas turned up and helped me pack paintings and boxes, removed it to storage and all packed away that same afternoon. I hired them again to move things from storage to the new house and they did a great job. I am so happy and would recommend them to anyone who needs removals sorted.

Service cost: £850

The below is a factual account of my experience with M25 Movers, who caused significant damages, posted to help others decide if they want to use this company or not:

- Pre-move communication and reassurances were great.

- Their packers/movers turned up when they said they would and were friendly.

- Their movers caused over £1,000 worth of property damage, including knocking off part of a neighbour's brick wall by crashing their van into it when leaving.

- M25 admitted the damage to our items and the wall was caused due to younger members of their team rushing (i.e. not taking reasonable care, aka gross negligence rather than an accident).

- We were encouraged to submit compensation claims and were told the company would arrange for the necessary repairs.

- We were offered £365.25 compensation, on the basis of estimates M25's team claimed to have received from tradesmen.

- We rejected this on basis it did not cover even 50% of the damage and asked to see the estimates as we had been quoted far higher.

- The company did not send us any further information and said their original offer was fair and final.

- We therefore prepared a smalls claim court file and issued a chargeback via our bank in the interim.

- M25 threatened to sue us on the basis of an "unjustified chargeback".

We have since learned that the company has been subject to lawsuits and numerous complaints that they cause property damage then fail to offer adequate (or in some cases any) compensation. The below are just a snapshot:

Because the company is not a member of the BAR (British Association of Removers), consumers have limited protection against bad behaviour beyond using the courts.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £2818

We booked a full-service move (packing, loading, unpacking) over two days.

The company significantly underestimated our needs during a video quote, providing a truck suited for 1,000 sq ft instead of the required 1,300 sq ft. This misjudgment led to insufficient manpower and space, causing delays and the need for an additional van. Initially, they attempted to deny responsibility, claiming we hadn’t requested to move certain small items, despite prior confirmation. While they eventually waived the extra van fee, they charged us for two parking fines, which felt unjust given their planning errors.

We also had some problem with our belongings: shoe cabinet broken during moving out, wall damaged etc.

With all the issues, the moving was delayed and took longer than expected, so the unpacking was not completed as promised (not even started actually !).

The moving crew (quite professional though) acknowledged those issues, and told us to make claims for:

-the unpacking that could not be done (too late for the crew)

-the shoe cabinet broken during moving out (almost 200£ bought less than 2y ago)

-the damaged wall (damaged by the shoe cabinet falling) and other wall damages (300£ total - an invoice from the landlord was provided).

-the armrest of our sofa that was removed, but could not be reassembled in the new apartment (and now we are stuck with a 4k£ sofa with only one armrest instead of 2).

We did the claim for everything, and after telling us that none of the damages were covered by the terms of the contact (that you should definitely pay attention to), they generously offered us 47£ for reparation, and then stopped replying.

The experience was really bad. Only 2/3 of the job has been done, server am items were damaged.

The cherry on top was customer service offering a laughable compensation, even though the moving crew acknowledged all the issues.

I would NOT recommend this removal company to anyone and wish I had read the bad reviews on another website before employing them. Whilst the Movers themselves were very hardworking ,2 out of the 3 were helpful, and 1 of 3 spoke no communicable English which in itself caused some hiccups. Value for money until things go wrong then you see the two faces of Garbiel Marquez who is obviously a misogynist who can not communicate without becoming rude,aggressive and threatening! subsequently nothing was resolved before having the phone slammed down onme! Unfortunately I will now have to take further action!.

M25 helped to pack up our things and with our move to our new house. Most of the staff assigned to us did not appear to speak or understand English. They went against express instructions not to touch items we had set aside, including my camera and laptop. Things that we needed were packed away, such as my glasses and contact lenses, which I need to see properly. Things that we didn't need, for example, the contents of our waste paper baskets, were boxed up nicely by M25's staff. My biggest grievance is that my camera mysteriously disappeared after the first day of packing and when notified, M25 refused to take any responsibility for this even if their staff were the only people with any access to the rather expensive camera. If you are looking to have your items arrive safely at their destination, I would be careful using this company.

Lads just finished my move after 14 hours of packing, transporting and re-assembling furniture for my 2 bed flat. I've used them previously few years ago and need to say - they've had nothing to improve on back then - today they simply nailed it. Team of two, working with absolutely minimum breaks from 8am till 10pm. I am declared fan of their work, hence the return to their service and my will to use them in future and my recommendations to friends over the last 4 years.

Price, Quality of work, Dedication, Friendliness - that's how I can describe their service.

The guys at M25 movers were fab! From the packing service which was painless to the unloading and set up of beds/furniture at the other end. Nothing was too much trouble. Massive thanks to the teams that looked after us at Ruff Ryders and Bumblebee and The God Fellas 3. The only criticism I had was the packers left a few bits that I think the moving team would have expected to have been done, so it took a bit longer that anticipated to leave the house. Overall was a great experience and I would recommend using these guys.

We had a number of removals company's to choose from, but once we were in contact with Francisca at M25 movers it felt right. Francisca was helpful, friendly, put our minds at ease and always happy to answer any questions we had. The communication with Francisca was great.
We went with the full packaging service and delivery. The removal guys arrived the day before right on time at 8am, with all the boxes and packaging tape needed and started packing up all our belongs with care and attention, we had a lot of little fragile items but was all looked after.
The next day the Kung Fu Panda team arrived and got straight into moving all our boxes, disassembling our big couch and bed, nothing was to much trouble, not once did they stop or complain and they did this with speed, efficiency and ease. We were really impressed with the Kung Fu Panda team they were the best, absolute stars. We were all moved into our new home by 3pm, which was early then I could have believed.
With moving being such a stressful day M25 movers made it so relaxing and easy for us.
I could not recommend M25 movers enough. We will be singing their praise to all our friends and family.

A resident in the building that I manage in Kensington was moving out today and chose this company. Two guys arrived at 9am, both Romanian, aged about 25, and one of them immediately chose to leave his lorry and urinate against the private residential buildings side wall. I spoke to the resident and told him to have a word with them not to do this. The resident then told them both that they could use his toilet in his home. When they left site at 3.30pm the second male decided to urinate behind a parked van on site. I went out and shouted at him to stop and told him that this is not a toilet. I told them both to get off site immediately as this is private land and they are on CCTV. One of them began to laugh at me. They then drove away. I then did a quick building check and they had jammed open two common area doors which poses a fire hazard - with the door wide open oxygen will feed any potential fire and people could have been burned to death in their homes. I don't think that I need to say much more do I? Disgraceful unhygienic, disgusting and incredibly unprofessional behaviour from a companies employees. Their behaviour today reflects very poorly on the company as a whole and they will not be allowed onto my site ever again. If they do come back then I will simply call the Police and have them removed for Trespass on private land and Criminal Damage from their previous visit which is all captured on CCTV.

M25Movers did a great job of moving me, despite being slightly late at the start. I’ve got a whole heap of worldly possessions and furniture, which they kindly carried down 4 flights of stairs – and back up another 2 at the other end!
Even though they were slightly late, they more-than made up for it by working hard and fast. I was quite impressed with their teamwork.
And the guys were very friendly too – so overall, a good experience on a usually-stressful occasion. Thanks!

Firstly, we refused to 'rate' the boss of the team on the day because of his threatening behaviour and damage to our stuff. Guess what - he 'rated' himself five stars and published it online. The bully decided to start photographing our things without our permission. Our twins were in tears.

We're in the prcess f getting legal advice against this shoddy company.

Sure, some of the lads were nice but it was their boss then the follow up with the management which has added insult to injury.

Their insurance policy is beyond the joke - we cannot believe how they are getting away with such daylight robbery.

Moving home with two young twins is stressful enough without seeing your things being damaged and ruined. Paying almost a grand for such a horrible experience is well out of order.

This is the second time I have used M25 and once again, the service provided was unbelievable!

The M25 team (both the movers and booking/admin team) are highly professional, work very quickly and clearly care about what they are doing.

I'd like to make a special mention of the two men who helped me move, Vlad and Daniel. Quite simply, they were excellent! Very friendly, worked extremely hard and at all times, careful!

M25 were one of 5 removals companies I was contacted by when looking for quotes through a price comparison site. I asked for a proper quote from all of them with a home visit as I have a lot of stuff. 4 companies came to look at my home and I was immediately impressed with M25's computer system and pleasant representative.
I received my quote quickly and when I needed to add items and change the area I was moving to it was redone fast too. I was contacted telephonically to check on the status of my quote by an informed and informative manager. I had to chase 2 of the companies for new quotes.When comparing my quotes I was surprised that the spread of volume covered was from 1007 to 2500 cubic feet, with theirs coming in at 1800. They matched the lowest quote however and when reading through the terms and conditions of all companies I was reassured that there's was the only one without sneaky extra charges like £78 for a delayed off loading time of 30 min. Also chats with David saved me £175.00 I would of spent on parking. I was dreading my move as my husband was away and I have a 3 year old to look after but the packing day went so smoothly and fast, I was amazed! On removal day 6 lovely guys whizzed everything into the trucks very carefully and professionally. All this I expected from a removal company but what really impressed me was the extra things I got. They were so kind, finding the toys my son was crying about and when my keys were not delivered going to fetch them for me. My unloading was done cleverly so plugs were not covered in boxes and I could get to things. When they left I had a lounge with a set up T.V for the little one and all the things I needed to survive my unpacking process.They even moved things into place and moved boxes without me asking and were happy to rearrange too. They made my move an absolute pleasure. The hardest thing about it was letting them go at the end. Would highly recomend and will definitely use them next time.

I decided to go with M25 Movers as their reviews were good. We agreed a date and I paid the deposit. Unfortunately works on my new flat was delayed and thus I had to change my moving date. It was only when I called M25 Movers, that I found out that I would lose my deposit since it was less than 7 days till the moving date. This info was NOT in their confirmation email but embedded in the middle of their Terms & Condition webpage. I would not have paid the deposit had I known as works tend to over-run. I spoke to their Sales Manager and he became dismissive when I told him that since I am losing my deposit anyway, I prefer to go with another company. Asked the Sales Manager and later emailed them to ask for their complaint procedure but I am not holding my breathe that they will respond. Feel like a company that only wants your money!

Excellent service from the Kung Fu Panda team. Helped me and heavily pregnant girlfriend move just before Christmas and turned a potentially stressful situation into a joyous occasion. Got the all inclusive that included an evaluation, full packing materials and supplies, all packing done on one day and move on another day. They dissembled and reassembled all furniture and were super efficient and friendly. The whole team worked super hard nonstop and expertly packed all items in the flat and transferred to new house with no damaged items or furniture. Have already recommended them to friends and would absolutely use them again in future. Thanks.

I was a little nervous about this move. After I got it booked I was called overseas on an emergency, leaving the move in the hands of my daughter. I needn’t have worried. The staff could not reschedule our move date, but were very assuring and made sure that they were super-communicative with my daughter. I was still nervous when I returned home to see the new place, and everything was in perfect condition, unpacked and put in place. She told me they were a joy to deal with. I couldn’t recommend M25 Movers more.

We had M25 movers recommended to us by friends who were also very happy with their service. The guys were so polite and hard working. The took great care with everything and they did a faultless job. Nothing was broken. Nothing was a problem for them. We were really impressed with them from start to finish. Their customer service before the move was comprehensive. The guys who did the packing and moving worked very quickly, quietly and with great efficiency. They cost a lot less than other more established local firms. Definitely use these guys!

M25 were superb from start to finish. I found their website and submitted a quote request through that. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed quote within the hour! I telephoned to arrange an on site viewing and this was conducted at the time/date of my choosing. We received a few other quotes but theirs was competitive. Unlike other companies we were pleased not to be bombarded with sales calls and emails prior to us making our decision. The move itself went very smoothly. The men worked extremely hard in difficult conditions (one of the hottest days of the year!) and the price was as quoted with no hidden extras. M25 made a stressful  and difficult business look easy and we are extremely grateful to them for providing such an excellent service.

A great group of guys. They worked without stopping from the moment they arrived, until we were fully packed up. The price was friendly; the service flawless.
What was really appreciated on moving day was how they did not become derailed when things went wrong. First of all our garage door decided to pick that day to become jammed (with a *lot* of possesions trapped inside). Tools and step ladders appeared out of the van, and they jimmied open the lock very efficiently. Secondly, our lawyer - who could obviously have done with taking a leaf out of M25's book - kept us waiting for several hours before the sale was confirmed. I incurred a small extra charge (which I felt was fair) - but no attitude from the removals guys about them having to hang around for so long. Finally - the piece de resistance was them managing to install our four seater sofa on the second storey of our town house via the window and a system of ropes and pulleys. I was amazed! All my kit arrived in great shape - various complicated bit of furniture re-assembled immaculately. Their can-do approach and respect for the client came across with regards to placing my furniture. They were very patient as I got my bearings about where I wanted various pieces placed - and didn't complain when I changed my mind! Easiest moved I've ever done - thanks Gabriel and the guys! .
