I paid for packing and a three day move due to the distances involved. The salesmen appear very professional, but this is not backed up by the organization. They booked in another job for the evening of the second day. The job became rushed and two boxes got lost in the process. The started at 7.30am, probably earlier than that with vehicle checks, and left ours at 8pm to drive to Yorkshire. I am not blaming the staff as they appear over-worked and the working time directive appears to be being abused. I lost just over £2k worth of clothes, and the response is no apology, just sent in the direction of the insurers.      .

The worst experience by a removal company. A lost cabinet in transit,part of a pair. How could this happen? The breaking inhalf of an outside water feature. The severe denting to the top of an Ercol table. The breaking off to a corner of a book case. And finally, the cracking of a Wedgewood teapot, to which I had paid extra to pack carefully. The teapot was part of a dinner and tea set, which is now ruined. My insurance claim has been met with the exception of the teapot as I did not inform them within the prescribed 7 days. Thank you Lund Conlon here is one person who will not be using your services again. I can only hope this review will help others.
