London Removals

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. This is the worst, most dishonest, unreliable company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I asked for an initial quote for the removal, storage and return of my items. They quoted me £450. I thought this was a bit pricey but booked anyway. After the move, I was sent an invoice for 'storage'. When I asked what this invoice was for, they informed me that they would be charging me an ADDITIONAL £150/month for storage. I had no choice but to pay, even though they had clearly been dishonest in their initial quote. Last week, I tried to arrange my return and they sent me ANOTHER invoice, this time for an additional £450! They told me that apparently the quote didn't include a return of my belongings! They had taken my belongings all the way to a storage facility in Hertfordshire even though they have a facility in West London, clearly in an attempt for them to save money and because I live in London I have now had to book ANOTHER cheaper removal company to return my items for an additional £205. There are MANY, MANY removal and storage companies that are a fraction of the price of this deceptive company. Don't be conned into their fake quotes like I was.AVOID AT ALL COST.

Would certainly recommend Londonremovals for anyone wanting a removals service that offers good value for money and a trustworthy service. The staff was efficient and friendly and I would certainly use them again. After they’d finished unloading all of my things into my new home, I honestly thought that two of the boxes had gone missing and it made me so mad. Thank goodness I found them in another room and I didn’t realise they had put them in there. On the whole, a good value, reliable company with friendly, helpful staff.

Well, firstly I would like to say that when I received a quotation, I was surprised – they have lower prices than all other well-known removal companies. So, I thought they compensate with the work and remained skeptic. My husband, on the other hand, had heard at work that London Removals were great and we booked them. I was surprised again when they came right on time and offered such a professional service! Good job London Removals and special thanks to Clyde Hall and Justin Bryant.

I have run my company for a long time and have moved my office quite a few times in the past. Each time I have used professional office removal companies and have always been disappointed with their work, they seem to assume that because they are not dealing with personal possessions that they do not need to take the same level of care. An employee recommended London Removals as they had helped them move home not long ago. Initially I was hesitant as I was unsure how experienced they were in office removals, however when I enquired I learnt that they dealt with a lot of businesses and it seemed like they really knew their stuff. They certainly backed that up with the move, they handled everything with great care and I felt they really appreciated my needs. I would never think of using another company.

I’d been told a few horror stories about removal companies; poor time-keeping, disregard for personal items and a thousand other things. I just feel so incredibly lucky that I managed to find such a good one. They really showed that they really cared about making my moving experience as seamless as possible. All my property was wrapped and packed so securely that I had no worry about them being damaged in transit. Don’t have your move ruined, make sure you use LONDON REMOVALS, you won’t find anyone better.
