Ich kann nur dringend abraten sich mit Firma Klasse Umzüge einzulasse!

Habe noch nie eine so schlechte Umzugsfirma erlebt wie Klasse Umzüge (der Name muss wohl Ironie sein)! Kassieren den Betrag ausschließlich in bar, nicht mal ein Anzahlung via Banküberweisung war möglich! Bevor das Team vor Ort mit dem Ausladen begann wollte der Teamleiter (Herr Toktas) den Gesamtbetrag in bar im voraus! Als ich freundlichst darauf hingewiesen hatte dass es so nicht üblich ist u. ich erstmal eine Anzahlung leisten würde, hat Herr Toktas mir im aggressiven Ton gesagt, sie würden alles vor dem LKW ausladen, hinstellen u. wegfahren! Ich muss einfach dazu sagen, dass es ein sehr unseriöses u. unprofessionelles Geschäftsverhalten ist!!! Zudem habe ich vor Ort leider feststellen müssen dass überhaupt keine Ladungssicherung (gesetzlich vorgeschrieben!) gemacht worden ist u. somit eine Ordnungswidrigkeit vorliag!

Das gesamte Team samt Herrn Toktas als Teamleiter, welcher sich übrigens über das Alter einiger Gegenstände lustig gemacht hat (Professionalität Respekt?) hatte sich nicht an die Abmachung welche ich zeitlich weit vorher mit Frau Kanik vom Büro getroffen habe gehalten! U. a. sollten die meisten Kartons im Dachboden gelagert werden was Frau Kanik mir telefonisch zusagte! Ich habe ihr dabei das Objekt genau beschrieben! Die Argumentation der Packer war, dass die Kartons zu schwer waren!!! Unter den 2 Packern war einer der kein Wort Deutsch sprach u. überhaupt nicht mit mir als Kunden kommunizieren konnte! Darüber kann sich Jeder selbst eine Meinung bilden. Ich frage mich - habe überhaupt nichts gegen unsere ausländischen Mitbürgern!!! - ob der Mitarbeiter welcher der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist überhaupt eine Arbeitserlaubnis hat!

Zum Ende hin musste ich den restlichen Betrag online überweisen. Herr Toktas bestand - in einem unfreundlichen Aufforderungston - es in seiner Anwesenheit zu tun u. forderte mich ohne das Wort "Bitte" auf es ihm noch zu zeigen! Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass es von mir mehr als einer freundlichen Bitte bedurfte bis ich die Quittung meiner Barzahlung (1.000,00 €) erhielt! Erst nach Ausführung der Onlineüberweisung haben die beiden Packer die restlichen Sachen weiter eingelagert!

Nachdem der Umzug beendet worden war, habe ich einen durch den Packer verursachten Schäden entdeckt, welche das Team abstritt! Dabei ist hier zu erwähnen, dass der Möbelpacker eine Eisenstange auf einer meiner Fahrräder platzierte wo ich mich fragte welche Logik er hat!!! Mehrere Telefonate mit Frau Kanik vom Büro der Firma Klasse Umzüge u. meiner zugesendeten Bilder innerhalb von 24 Std. führten leider zu nichts! Im Gegenteil: Frau Kanik wollte mir sogar weiß machen keine Bilder erhalten zu haben u. gibt einen "Freibrief" mit der Argumentation "bei einem Umzug kann immer was kaputt gehen".

Ich habe dann lediglich Frau Kanik gefragt, welche Logik ihre Packer haben u. dass es schlecht sei wenn ein Mitarbeiter aufgrund sprachlicher Barriere nicht in der Lage sei mit dem Kunden zu kommunizieren (an der Stelle soll nochmals erwähnt sein, dass ich nichts gegen unsere ausländischen Mitbürger habe!).

Ich bin der Auffassung, es ist von Firma Klasse Umzüge mega unverschämt bzw. dreist, dass zum einem der Teamleiter (Herr Toktas) keine Verantwortung für sein Mitarbeiter welcher eindeutig lügt übernimmt u. Frau Kanik vom Büro es noch obendrein für die Firma positiv hindreht u. den Mitarbeitern im Hinblick eines verursachten Schaden einen "Freibrief" ausstellt!!! PROFESSIONALITÄT & SERIÖSITÄT SIEHT ANDERS AUS ALS FIRMA KLASSE UMZÜGE
