I commissioned the company with both packing the removal goods and disposing of the furniture (duration 2 days). On the first day (moving day) I was still deeply impressed by how quickly the (self-promotion) "moving professionals" worked. The rude awakening followed in the next few days while unpacking. The "professionals" had forgotten some items in the furniture to be disposed of (?) And disposed of them together with them. Reaction of the managing director to my complaint: none!
I was also suspicious that the total amount had to be paid in cash before the job was completed. This can also be explained in retrospect. A reduction of the invoice amount is no longer possible, the damage would have to be sued. As an "invoice" I received a handwritten form without an invoice or tax number.
With "Kapo" in particular, I got the impression that he wasn't even listening properly. He simply disposed of everything that was not riveted and nailed down - regardless of whether the object belonged to the rental property or not (e.g. curtain rod). When I asked him to reattach it, he also grumbled at me. It is also unusual that he immediately requisitioned the washing machine to be disposed of for himself ("mine is broken".
Conclusion: We strongly advise against this company.

I don't recommend moving this company to anyone. Jean Wölfel was quick to move and that's why there is a star. In terms of quality, it was anything but good. The staff obviously damaged furniture and then tried to talk nicely. You even tried to cover up some things. The washing machine was not connected properly, so that when it was started, the bathroom was flooded and the washing machine almost jumped. I have already moved several times, but here the execution was bad! Jean Wölfel's insurance is a similar disaster. Withhold an amount. Compensation in the amount of € 650 was offered, which just replaces the television. In addition, seven pieces of furniture are still damaged. I am now holding this dubious company accountable! I recommend everyone else stay away!
