Really great service from beginning to end. Really helpful and responsive to all my questions. The price was carefully calculated and I am so glad I decided on the option to disassemble and reassemble my bed. Took great care of all my furniture and put everything where I needed it. Would recommend.

Excellent job

Recently while I was sitting in my car waiting for a friend, I saw these guys moving someone. the care and effort they showed protecting their customers’ property was amazing. I eventually approached them to get information as I’m also looking to move and they were easy to talk to and professional. They answered practically all my questions. What I also noticed was their truck was very clean and tidy . I will definitely use them for my removal.

House removal

Hallam removals carried out our house removal. The genuine man who visited our house to provide a quote was informative and very polite and thorough. The lady who dealt eirh our enquiries over yhe phone following the quote was very friendly and helpful. The booking system The company uses is simple snd easy to use. On the day of the removal 2 removal vans turned up, they were on time. The removal team were very friendly, polite, helpful. Theworked very hard and took great care of our furniture, carefully packing our glass table, oil painting and delicate items. They protected all the carpets yo ensure the floors remaind clean.Hallam removals is a first class company and we highly reccomend them.

Different to other removal companies

Can't recommend enough. One thing that sets them apart is how carefully they wrap and lay flooring down to prevent damage to our house. The lads took time to even dismantle things when needed! Used their storage also. Move out and in move in where impeccable and they were on time and easy to communicate with - would definitely use again

Stress free move

Hallam Removals was recommended to us by my dad as he had used them for his move. The whole process was excellent. John and his team provided a professional, friendly service from start to finish. John attended our home and assessed the items to be moved, he then provided a very very reasonable quote. We had a few false start as can happen when moving but John responded to emails and provided assurances

On the day of the move the team arrived promptly and loaded to vans being very careful with our items. They then placed all items as requested in our new home working tirelessly.

I can highly recommend Hallam Removals for professionalism, hard work and cost.

They really made a stressful period much easier. Thank you

Amazing

I can’t thank Hallam Removals enough for the service they provided.

We have recently moved and had quite a stressful run up to the move, caused by the legal process of moving house. We actually didn’t get our move confirmed until 16:15 the night before the move. On the week running up to the move the office team were extremely understanding, empathetic to our situation and incredibly kind as they knew I was 38 weeks pregnant and I was struggling with the stress of the uncertainty of the move.

On the day, the vans arrived promptly and I couldn’t believe how quick they loaded all of our things. We paid extra for some furniture to be dismantled which was well worth the small charge as they put it down and up a lot quicker than we could’ve. The men were great ensuring our items were wrapped carefully to ensure our belongings were safe. When we arrived at our new home the men were extremely helpful asking us where we wanted our furniture and boxes putting to speed up the unpacking process!

Overall I couldn’t fault Hallam Removals, and although I would not recommend moving at 38 weeks pregnant, I would highly recommend using this company.

I cant recommend this removal company highly enough. From the initial quote to Cheryls kind phone conversations to the excellent movers. Everyone was so polite, curteous, helpful and respectful of my furniture and belongings.

I was dreading the moving experience but this was the best thing out everything with buying a new home.

Urgent House Move

After a misunderstanding with our moving date we needed to move urgently. I called Hallam Removals and they were able to mobilise 2 trucks and 4 guys within a couple of hours and were at our door by lunchtime. We had a 4 bedrooms, double garage, detached house full of stuff to move. The guys worked so hard to get us into our new house and did not finish until 11:30pm. There were polite, professional, and were able to overcome various challenges with getting our larger furniture items into the bungalow we were moving into. I cannot speak more highly of Hallam, from start to finish they were brilliant and they saved the day for us. I very much appreciated all they did and would highly recommend using them.

Best removal company ever.
John and the other staff members were very professional and extremely friendly.
They made the atmosphere very relaxing with their positive attitude and we shared some good laughs, which made my day and changed my mood from stressed to happy and confident about moving.
I have moved quite a few times but never had an experience as good as this one, thank you for your professionalism and your positive attitude. Would definetely recommend Hallam Removals :-).

Top class service all the way.

I have used this company this year and they have been outstanding. They collected my furniture in Nottingham and kept it in storage for 6 weeks, then redelivered it to me in Bury, Greater Manchester.
They were very efficient and polite and delivered a professional yet personal service from start to finish.They even went out of their way to collect my furniture on a Sunday to fit with my plans.
Great company to work with, they are to be recommended.

Packing and removal service.

We used Hallam removals for both packing and removals when we moved house a couple of weeks ago. They were really professional and worked extremely(!!) hard. They came out to give a quote for the job before hand and didn't try to rip us off unlike some other removals firms who quoted for the same work. In the end we felt their hard work, professional attitude and the fact that they made the couple of days around our move as stress free as possible was worth much more than they quoted us! Would definitely recommend.

Removals.

Recently used Hallam Removals & could not fault the service.
They delivered boxes on request prior to the move twice. Communication was excellent with John who answered straight away or returned missed calls promptly.
On the day of the move John coordinated a group of men who were friendly, chatty & worked incredible hard all day.
All in all they were the best service we used. If only Solicitors & estate agents could be so efficient the whole moving process would be so much less stressful.
I would highly recommend!

Move Sheffield to Derby

Fantastic service prompt and very quick. Arrived on time and immediately set to work. The 2 movers were very helpful and supportive whilst moving my elderly mother. Packing and unpacking went far quicker than expected. Protective covers were used for all furniture and property was cared for at both ends.There was no damage whatsoever. I would highly recommend.

Definitely recommend

The team were amazing. I used Hallam because they had great reviews - they lived up to these in every measure. The guys were really professional, and took great care in looking after carpets, furniture, plants etc. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently throughout the day, and were friendly and polite. Using Hallam made the day so much less stressful. I highly recommend using them.

Hassle-free moving day

The guys were absolute workhorses, going nonstop loading and unloading. Never used movers before, but I'm happy I got the professionals in this time. Couldn't have done the move without them.

Everything arrived safe and sound, nothing damaged in transit. Absolutely no problems with vans blocking in neighbours, they made sure the second van was tucked well away when not in use.

I found hallam removals extremely professional, conscientious and responsive.

I'd highly recommend using them for your move. The lads were careful, extremely hard working and friendly. On what was an extremely stressful day, this part was easy and stress free.

I chose to help out with the moving but they made it clear that I didn't have to and they were happy to do it themselves.

I appreciated the home visit to quantify our stuff and found them competitive in price.

I only have positive feedback for hallam removals.

Even when accessibility proved to difficult, John organised a further team +plus smaller van on day to accommodate our move. Hallam's customer service was incredible Becca in the office was so accommodating especially when our moving day could have possibly changed. She was there to lend ear and give advice.
