Fünf Sterne Transporte

I got hold of Henry Kühl's moving company via a local deal via Groupon (moving truck including 3 furniture carriers. The move of my 25 square meter office was supposed to take place within the city of Hamburg approx. 1.5 square meters door to door. Three gentlemen appeared, of which I could make a makeshift communication in German with only one. After the work was done, he asked for 250 euros, although I had paid Groupon in advance. Kilometer allowance allegedly because the journey did not take place from there as it was stated at Groupon. Actually not my problem but the gentlemen were very convincing and I alone, I let myself be taken by surprise.

Mr. Kühl runs a moving company under the name "5 Sterne Transporte", but under a frequently changing company. The current address is: Beimorweg 45, 22926 Ahrensburg. In order not to appear legally himself, Mr. Kühl used Ms. Nicole Fischer as company owner or managing director in recent years.

With regard to these activities, Ms. Fischer had to initiate insolvency proceedings as a sole proprietor, expressly referring to the company name under "5 Star Transports" under the Az. 67b IN 325/14.

When I moved in 2014, unique antique items worth around 30,000 euros were lost. The fate of the furniture is still unclear today!
