DMS Schliefke

I entrusted DMS with my move because my parents had had good experiences with the group of companies many years ago. However, my move ended up being carried out by a Polish subcontractor. The first delivery attempt failed because the driver did not have the full address. On the second try he was in the right place, but he assured me that he was only being paid for curbside delivery. The contract with DMS stated delivery up to the 2nd floor. I ended up carrying the boxes myself. Conclusion: So the next time I move I can order an Eastern European clog right away, then communication might even be better!

Not recommended: expensive, unreliable, naughty and bad. The move with DMS Schliefke was a complete disaster. Even after reducing the bill, I would still have to pay 2176 euros. The service was poor and not on time. We had to do with touching up ourselves for days. There was also a managing director who was totally wrong in tone. The DMS headquarters let this go through knowingly instead of helping. The only positive thing: the furniture was transported well and suffered little damage. Packing, dismantling, transport, unpacking, assembly and dowelling work were agreed. The scheduled time was 2 days. The employees forgot to label the boxes as soon as they were packed. Since no photos were taken either, the DMS could no longer unpack it. On the evening of last day 3 out of 6 employees disappeared without warning or farewell. Instead of a finished apartment, I was sitting in a mess of cardboard boxes. They were distributed everywhere without any system or label. After a long back and forth, DMS Schliefke sent a carpenter. This repaired a chipped edge and did the dowel work. He was in a very bad mood, in a hurry and repeatedly announced whether we are finally finished. Actually, if I were allowed to be in a bad mood: the assembly was not a personal favor, but a paid service that was performed too late and poorly. After that, I spent days mending shaky or over-the-top things. I also unpacked the boxes by myself and in days of work. I wanted to cut the bill for all of this, and in response I received outrageous emails from the manager. In a very personal and unprofessional tone, he accused me of fraudulent misrepresentation and twisted facts in his favor. I informed the DMS headquarters about everything, but stayed out of it. After a few very unpleasant emails, I was offered a consideration of 380 euros. I accepted this. Although someone should get in touch with me, the remaining boxes were only picked up after several follow-up questions on my part. The first collection date was also missed. All in all, the DMS won't see a cent in front of me, my family, friends and hopefully not from you either!

Info: After I published this post on Google Maps, several 5-star fake reviews were written to compensate for my rating. I find it very sad that so much energy is put into covering up instead of satisfied customers.

Moved from Rosenheim to Berlin with DMS Schliefke. Since I had already worked in Berlin and was only at home on weekends, no viewing could take place. Fortunately, after a telephone consultation at Schliefke's, I was able to take a digital tour with my mobile phone (I can only recommend it). I received the offer the following Monday. What I liked from the start was the detailed breakdown of all services. Everything was described in detail and given prices. The staff were very helpful and in a good mood. Although I actually wanted to assemble all the furniture myself, you helped me with my Ikea wardrobe. And that even without a separate charge - that's what I call customer service! I would move with DMS Schliefke again at any time.

My daughter moved from Stuttgart to Berlin for professional reasons. We asked several shipping companies for this transport. The shipping company Schliefke had made a detailed offer based on our information - after one day and without any questions! The pick-up from the 3rd floor without a lift went very well. Picking up furniture from the furniture store, delivering it to an intermediate station and picking up additional furniture and boxes also went smoothly. On the day of delivery, another employee was on site to unload, so that everything was done after 3 hours. I can only recommend it, great organization, very friendly staff and professional execution.
