Prinzipiell gute Arbeit - leider nicht ohne Schäden.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit dem Unternehmen sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter waren pünktlich, haben zügig und sorgfältig gearbeitet und preislich waren wir schlussendlich auch in dem besprochenen Bereich. Während des Umzugs, vor allem während des Auszugs aus der alten Wohnung hatten wir einen sehr positiven Eindruck von den Mitarbeitern und dem Unternehmen.

Leider ist während des Bepackens des LKWs eine unserer Kisten aufgegangen. Wir bekamen es nur durch Zufall mit, da wir das Klirren hörten und wenig später nach einem Besen gefragt wurden. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir nur die Aussage, dass der Karton schlecht gepackt gewesen sei und dass das bei den Baumarkt-Kartons leider häufig passiere. Wir wissen bis heute nicht welche Teller/Schüsseln/Gläser kaputt gegangen sind, denn ein Teil der Scherben wurde einfach irgendwie entsorgt, ein paar Teller aus dem Karton haben wir in einem anderen Karton gefunden. Dort wurden sie jedoch ohne Polsterung einfach hineingelegt. Ob auf diese Weise weitere Macken in unsere Teller gekommen sind, wissen wir nicht. In einem anderen Karton haben wir dann ein paar Scherben in einer Vase gefunden.

Dass ein Karton aufgeht, kann passieren und damit hätten wir auch kein Problem gehabt. Was uns einfach nur stört, ist dass über das Ganze nie auch nur ansatzweise gesprochen wurde.

Während die Mitarbeiter beim Auszug aus der alten Wohnung sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet haben, ging es beim Einzug in die neue Wohnung sehr ungemütlich und hektisch zu. Die Mitarbeiter hatten wohl die Anweisung, die im Kostenvoranschlag vereinbarte Zeit einzuhalten und es wurden Kartons geworfen, ohne System in einem der Zimmer aufgetürmt und - wie wir leider erst ein paar Wochen später feststellen konnten, nachdem wir alle Kartons ausgepackt hatten - wurde leider auch nicht mehr so sorgfältig darauf geachtet, keinen Schaden an den Kartons, Wänden und Möbeln zu verursachen. Insbesondere bei den Kellergegenständen (unter Anderem ein neues Gitterbettchen) mussten wir Wochen später Schäden feststellen. Nachdem unsere Beschwerde bezüglich des beschädigten Kartons ziemlich harsch abgewiesen wurde, haben wir auf eine Meldung der erst Wochen später entdeckten Schäden verzichtet.

Fazit also: Erster Eindruck: Sehr gut - freundliches, kompetentes, sorgfältig arbeitendes Personal, Kostenvoranschlag wurde weitestgehend eingehalten. Endfeststellung: Leider doch einige kleine und große Schäden, die einfach verschwiegen wurden. Beschwerde wurde nicht gerade freundlich aufgenommen. Man kommt also wohl leider nicht umhin, die Arbeit der Firma mit wachen Augen zu verfolgen und hinterher Möbel und Wohnung auf Schäden zu überprüfen. Schade.
