DBM just moved me out of my home of 25 years where I lived with three children. It was a big, complex, emotional move. At all times I felt fully supported by DBM. I had been trying hard to stay within my budget. DBM were recommended by the estate agent I was using. The pricing was very competitive. At every point from the initial survey, through planning with the office staff and exploring several options, everyone I came in contact with was fantastic. And on the two days of the move, the crew were patient, fast, efficient, thoughtful and kind. I guess, with less that 48 hours since my move, I am still feeling the after effects of the emotional and physical upheaval but I cannot recommend DBM more highly. They were the the partners I needed in a challenging situation.

TV screen (£2500 worth tv) was damaged beyond repair.

Cabinet, in front of me, was snapped.

The guys worked hard, but they lack the know-how, preparedness and professionalism required. Hired because they are cheap and have very much regretted it.

They did turn up a day earlier to pre-pack -fine, but they took four additional hours to pack the next day which was potentially a breach of my purchase and sale contract of the property (we needed to vacate by 1pm - they knew this).

They worked around the clock, but wrapped the tv in a blanket and not bubble wrap as anyone else would do.

I had full evidence and photos showing the fingerprints on the screen, which were ALL from DBM. When Dragos, an employee of DBM came to view the damage once we tried to turn on the TV again, he wiped the fingerprints off despite my clear instructions not to. This was also done in front of my tenant.

We had DBM moving us from our 5 bedroom property and I can not recommend them enough. Our move coordinator was friendly, attentive and explained everything to us in detail On the day of our move they came well prepared after surveying our property and we had 6 lovely removal men who were equally professional. They did a fantastic job packing and moving us but were also extremely polite and lovely to work with. Our move was on two days just as planned - no surprises but rather a very well executed move. Many thanks to DBM for a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

DBM Express moved a family a few doors down from us earlier in the year. Understanding they did a good job, got them to do our move from a 2 floor upper flat to a Ground Floor flat. .. DBM's team of three arrived on time around 8.30am, got cracking straight away, (doing some dismantling/all the packing also) and by 2.30pm all was in our new flat rental. .. All went really well, nothing damaged and the guys even got our large, (£2000 costing) suite into what is a smaller flat by a hair! .. No hesitation in rating them as 5 star. From the original estimate, my acceptance and the actual move, communication was excellent throughout. .. One thing I would mention of my experience, is, that not all the members of the moving team speak fluent English. .. But that was not a problem insofar that you are dealing with one on the day who speaks English well, who leads and instructs the others to do his bidding .. All three guys were polite and good at their respective roles. .. This was our first move since being at our home for 42 years and DBM basically made our move from flat to flat all relatively painless.

My experience from the beginning with DBM was great. Dragos came round to do the quote. Although they weren't the cheapest quote I got, I felt confident that they would be reliable as none of the other companies wanted to view what needed to be done before giving a quote. On removal day, they arrived promptly with all the necessary materials for packing (we took the packing service as well). They were courteous and professional throughout the whole move, even helping with the dismantling and reassembly of a bed in our new property that was not expected by us. They also clearly labelled all the boxes and put them in the rooms in the new property that we requested (we moved from a 2-bed to a 4-bed property). Communication from Bianca and Eduard at the office was also prompt and professional when I had some queries that needed to be answered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a removal company as well as use them again in the future.

Truly impressed from start to finish: excellent customer service provided from the office and amazing movers - hardworking, reliable, patient and extremely polite. We hired DBM to move the contents of a 4bedrooms Hampstead house and garden to Chigwell. Not only that the price was realistic and very reasonable, but they also made a special offer in terms of packing - moving - unpacking. Day 1 was dismantling, wrapping and packing the contents professionally. Day 2 was loading everything inside the trucks, driving and unloading to the new property. Day 3 was reassembling the furniture and unpacking all the boxes - couldn’t ask for more attention and carefulness for our belongings as nothing was broken, damaged, scratched or lost. Smooth and hassle free move, they managed to do a fantastic job! Deeply pleased with the provided and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!
