Unfreundlich, unprofessionell, uneinsichtig. Dringend abzuraten!!

Man weiß gar nicht, wo man anfangen soll.

Kurz vor dem Umzug, als der Vertrag schon unterzeichnet war, wollte ATZ plötzlich mehr Geld (sie meinten sie hätten dann erst festgestellt, dass es im Hinterhaus ist, was wir immer am Telefon angesagt haben). Die versprochene Halteverbotszone wurde nicht früh genug vor Ort angekündigt, das Geld hätte man sich also schon mal sparen können.

Am Umzugstag selbst sollten vier Umzugshelfer kommen zusätzlich zum Verantwortlichen der Firma. 30 Min zu spät kam dann ein Helfer, 2 Std. später ein weiterer, nach 2,5 Std nochmal 2 Leute. Der Verantwortliche von ATZ war total gestresst, weil seine Leute nicht auftauchten, war super unfreundlich und hat unsere Sachen total hektisch und unsicher behandelt. Der Helfer, der gekommen ist, und das meiste alleine machen musste, war Ausleihe und hatte am Tag davor erst Bescheid bekommen. Auch ihm wurde gesagt es werden 4 Leute und sie können eine Kette machen. Er musste dann alles alleine schleppen und meinte er würde nie wieder für das Unternehmen einen Umzug machen und wir sollen uns nächstes Mal ein professionelles Unternehmen suchen. Da nur eine Person geschleppt hat, standen viele unserer Sachen über Stunden draußen auf der Straße (u.a. Fahrräder, teurer Monitor). Hätte nicht immer einer von uns Wache gestanden, hätte sich jemand problemlos bedienen können. Ein teures Gemälde wurde nicht verpackt, obwohl wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben und auch der ausgeliehene Helfer zum Mann von ATZ meinte, das wird zerkratzen. Das Gemälde kam dann wie erwartet beschädigt an der neuen Wohnung an. Der Mann von ATZ meinte er wird das nicht akzeptieren und hat uns (erneut) angemeckert. Die ausgeliehenen Helfer waren total nett, aber taten uns leid, dass sie alles alleine machen mussten. Der Helfer musste dem Mann von ATZ erstmal erklären wie eine Kette funktioniert und wurde von ihm dauernd angemeckert, dass er keine Wasserpausen machen soll. Am Zielort behauptete der Verantwortliche plötzlich, sie wussten nicht, dass es zum Teil in den 7. Stock geht (auch das hatten wir in jedem Telefonat gesagt) und unsere Sachen einfach im 6. OG in den Flur gestellt, bzw. Geld für Mehraufwand gefordert. Kurz: ATZ war total chaotisch, unprofessionell und unfreundlich! Dinge wurde beschädigt, Wände haben Löcher bekommen, wir mussten einiges selbst in die obere Etage schleppen und wir mussten dauernd mithelfen einpacken, Wache stehen, etc.. Als wir den Schaden gemeldet haben kam eine Antwort, die alles abstritt, den Mehraufwand geltend machen wollte und dann anbot, „die Sache auf sich beruhen zu lassen“. Dazu wurde uns gesagt man „erwartet eine gute Review“.
