At the relocation site a competent man came to pack and meticulously packed and labeled .. so far so good .. for dismantling, loading and unpacking it was then a completely different picture .. then subcontractors from ALFA were on site - men who did not speak our language , cleared expensive pieces of furniture and pictures into the truck regardless of losses and unloaded them broken and without coordination at the new place of residence .. because you did not see the damage immediately, which is natural, since you do not unpack everything immediately and inspect for damage, they urged Men on their signature and drove. Now we are sitting on the damage and the insurance does not pay, because all damage should have been noted on the shipping document. Conclusion - broken wardrobe because the adjusting screws were simply tried to be set with a cordless drill, broken arms of the chandelier, individual bike frame dented, Dining room table made of one piece was not packed and is on one side with about 40 scratches, guitar is broken on the headstock, bent blinds because when unscrewing only one screw was loosened and then torn from the wall and and and .. from wanting to clear I didn't even start .. just tipped upside down in the drawers .. a huge nuisance !!
