4 Motion Freight - AVOID!!

The company is 4 MOTION FREIGHT LTD, 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH. My wife and I needed to move some flat-packed furniture from Norwich (UK) to a Greek island by a specific date.  We put out a request via SHIPLY.COM and this company responded with a good quote.  After discussing box sizes via email they increased the price by 50%. After re-assurances we paid the full price of £1,560.00.  After that, it all went down hill badly.  Promised pick-up dates came and went.  Any phone calls to them go straight to answer-phone and no one ever calls back. Email communication is very slow and evasive.  They constantly questioned box sizes even though we provided them will a full inventory.  I am now having to sue them for breach of contract as they refuse to refund me and have collected/delivered NOTHING. It is now too late for us too get our boxes to Greece by the required date. Even 1 star is too good for this bunch of sharks. They have caused us nothing but stress, grief and financial harm.
