The move was a few days ago and we are still unpacking :), but the moving company finally deserves praise, because the move was perfect by the 8-strong team on June 2nd, 2020 with an additional good on board the truck Packaging and insulation material carried out very quickly. The coordination of the process of when which parts are loaded was perfect. All furniture, pictures, cardboard boxes, bicycles, etc. arrived at the new home without damage, even though very heavy furniture was lifted through a window with an inclined elevator. The walls, door posts, doors and window frames were also not damaged.
If we had to move again, we would not think twice and commission Zibret again and can therefore make a recommendation to third parties.

We moved from Essen to Frankfurt am Main at the beginning of August 2016 and decided on Zibret. Although the reviews online weren't all good. However, we have been very happy with this moving company.

When viewing the apartment, a cost estimate with a fixed price was made and all relevant details were discussed on site and my questions were answered by Mr. Ristau. The move (loading: Saturdays, unloading: Mondays) went well. The staff did their job unobtrusively and we did not notice any damage to our belongings after the move.
We can therefore recommend the company to others!

Moving is actually more stressful and chaos, but we look back on the whole process positively. We came across the company because of the mostly positive relocation reviews on the Internet and have made an appointment to view it. The employee appeared punctually and made a fair move offer on site, which we accepted afterwards after we had compared with several companies. The boxes and stickers were delivered in advance, the no-parking zone was set up 4 days in advance and on the day of the move the moving van with 4 obviously motivated employees was in front of the door at the agreed time in the morning. The dismantling and loading went smoothly but quickly, so that the first part was done in the early afternoon. The next morning the same team stood on the mat at 7 a.m. to equip the apartment with the same enthusiasm. After everything was ready, all the furniture was checked together, the invoice was drawn up, we were able to pay at the cash register with an EC card, as with ALDI, and the team went home again.
If we should move back to the Ruhr area, only Zibret would come into question.

Zibret is a professionally managed moving company that I can recommend with a clear conscience.
This applies from the preparation of the offer to the implementation of the move to the final settlement. At the same time, the price conditions are absolutely competitive despite the professionalism.
The offer was prepared by Mr. Ristau. Every detail was inspected and taken into account in the offer. The result was a clear, attractive fixed-price offer that was adhered to in exactly the same way.
The very friendly back office staff were available to answer questions before and after the move. The office is always available during the stated office hours and the service is great.
1 large truck and 1 sprinter and 5 men were planned for the day of the move. On the day of the move, even 2 large trucks and 7 men were on time and in a good mood in front of my door - the day started with a very positive surprise!
The move corresponded to the previous very good impression: very professional. Everyone knew what to do. Everyone was motivated and in a good mood.
Despite the very large amount, the sometimes high weights and bulky parts, there was generally a very relaxed and calm atmosphere, and of course everything was taken along.
The good impression when loading continued at the destination when unloading.
The mood was still very friendly, calm and relaxed. And even in the evening hours, when the employees were already putting a number of strenuous hours of work in their bones, the last cupboard was still professionally set up. Even at such an advanced hour, the Zibret fitters were still in a good mood and relaxed.
It is noteworthy that even my new neighbors in the house noticed the very good performance of the moving forwarding company Zibret: they had seen many other people move in and out over the past decades and praised the calm and professionalism with which my move - and thus the move by the Zibret company - had expired. They had never experienced it so positively in all these years.
The moving forwarding company Zibret is absolutely recommendable!

The bottom line is that we would like to emphasize that nothing broke and everything went smoothly without damage!

After the offers of the various moving companies turned out to be extremely different, I decided on the company Zibret more on a gut feeling due to the very friendly and helpful employees. In terms of price, this was in the middle range and therefore a lot cheaper than many other providers. In addition, it was the only one that offered the possibility of storage directly in the packed container. (i.e. without repacking to a storage area, which is associated with a further risk of damage)
We got the boxes delivered on time, 2 men packed boxes for a day and carried down the bulky waste. On the day of storage, 6 motivated and cheerful boys came and packed our furniture, some of which was very heavy, independently, properly and without damage, and reassured me as a nervous customer. Now I was curious ... it went so incredibly smoothly ... should the big disappointment come when unloading? No..sorry, nothing to complain about. Even though there were only four of us this time, the very friendly and competent staff did a great job. Thank you very much for that. We have moved very often in recent years and unfortunately we haven't had such good experiences so far, even at higher prices.
The commitment to take over the costs for the repair of some flaws in the parquet came promptly and without any problems.
Conclusion: I am happy about my "gut decision" and can really only recommend Zibret.

We have had a long-distance move from the northern Ruhr area to East Frisia. I had obtained offers from 3 moving companies and, with stomach ache, chose by far the cheapest one. Abdominal pain because I've read a lot about negative experiences on the internet. But we are completely satisfied. I was really relieved when I realized it was going! The team was well equipped, willing to tackle and "rustic" friendly.
I have to say, however, that the move was well prepared on our part :)) You shouldn't underestimate such a move, it takes a lot of work and a lot of time to prepare. The effort can very easily be underestimated, especially when the roughest is packed and then the small and small come.
