Schwäbische Transporte

Mr. Pahlke looked at my apartment and wrote everything down in detail. The offer was a fixed price offer of 1000 euros. Since I still had a few moving boxes too little, I asked them to bring some with me. There were exactly 18 pieces that I got. About 35 were billed. I had to pay 1700 euros on the day of the move. There was no corrected invoice. I returned all of the 18 boxes that were available. I was promised to give the deposit back. After 3 phone calls and 3 e-mails about this, with setting a deadline, there was no response. I filed a fraud complaint yesterday. In addition, objects were destroyed during the move and 15 bars of Toblerone chocolate were stolen from a locked rucksack. Outrageously, one was eaten immediately and the empty box was simply thrown into the room. That's why I noticed it straight away. I informed Mr. Pahlke about this in writing and received a very cheeky written answer. Overall, this company is not serious and not recommendable. Please do not commission any more.

During the preliminary inspection, a fixed price was agreed, which Mr. Pahlke no longer wanted to know about on the day of the move. Furniture was damaged, the deposit for cardboard boxes was withheld for no reason and we were always held up on the phone at first. Then it was just hung up, which is really embarrassing behavior. In my opinion, the whole thing has a system and is not a "slip up". In addition, Pahlke has an impossible behavior, which only changed when my husband came along and took him aside for a moment. After that he disappeared super quickly and left his people alone.

I can only warn against the company "Schwäbische Transporte". At first, Mr. Pahlke made a serious and reliable impression when viewing the apartment. The offer came on the same day and the communication that followed was quick and satisfactory. By the day of the move, I was certain that I had chosen the right moving company. Unfortunately everything turned out differently ... During the inspection, it was agreed with Mr. Pahlke to set up a no-parking zone, which was also noted in the offer. The evening before the move, however, there were still no signs. With luck, I blocked parking spaces myself in the early morning. Mr. Pahlke put the blame on the city and promised to replace the money for the service immediately. In the afternoon, Mr. Pahlke was no longer there and left the work to his employees. Numerous pieces of furniture were damaged during the move. For example, shelves were carried on skis and the shelves were scratched. At the end of the move, the employees were advised of any damage that had occurred. In the past I have had the experience with other moving companies that there is a protocol that is finally signed. Not so with Schwäbische Transporte. The employees are unprepared, act stupid and refer to the boss. After the move, however, Mr. Pahlke was suddenly no longer available. If I did reach him by phone, I was quickly dismissed. He would be in touch for sure ... which he didn't. In the meantime I have found out that Mr. Pahlke never asked the responsible department of the city about the no-parking zone. After I confronted him about it, he finally got in touch, but got caught up in flimsy excuses. In my eyes this is fraud. In response to this accusation, Mr. Pahlke only said that he probably didn't need it. But as is well known, "small cattle also make crap" ... And if you read through other reviews on the Internet, that is obviously his trick. I finally got the money back for the no-parking zone, but I would have filed a complaint otherwise. He did not want to know anything about the damage to the furniture and did not want to report anything to the insurance company. His employees don't know anything either. The damage caused was never replaced. It is surprising that such behavior towards customers can still be afforded today. I will advise anyone against this company.
