I would never move through this company again. If you have a move carried out professionally, you expect that damage that occurs during the move will also be reimbursed. Unfortunately this was not the case. Damage that was not externally recognizable was reported by us after a few days, within the statutory period and the moving company refused to accept the damage. Although it's only about 80 € and we even paid a tip of 100 €. We are by no means upset that the damage happened, it just happens. The move was otherwise well carried out. However, how the management deals with the damage and pretends that we have not met a deadline is absurd. Laws are simply ignored and it is hoped that we will give in according to the motto who will bring in his lawyer because of 80 €. (§ 451f HGB: ... (2) if the loss or damage was not externally recognizable and the carrier was not reported within fourteen days of delivery -> Since we reported the damage within 14 days, that is Removal company fully liable.) Legal steps are taken even though the damage is only 80 €. It's a shame that it has to come to this. I just want you to know if you let the company move, something like that can happen. If everything goes according to plan no problem. Super nice contact person, hardworking staff. If damage happens, however, you have to reckon with lack of insight and problems. 2 stars for the move carried out as planned.

According to our research, it is already the consequence of the company that previously went bankrupt. The guys at the move were great! Friendly, clean, fast, that was really fun and after 5 hours we had moved 150km with our cardboard boxes. The customer service and communication are in need of improvement. If the owner specified 7 a.m. for the arrival of the truck, the truck was there at 9 a.m., i.e. 2 hours later. Explanation, excuse = nil. The guys used 8.5 hours for arrival and departure, including breaks and lunch, and 1.5 days was invoiced. It's just a flat rate. But what the heck, we're moving again in 10 months and the guys were great.

The contract was to dismantle the large furniture, transport all the contents and other boxes, and rebuild the large furniture in the new apartment. The dismantling and the transport went well. However, after all parts had been unloaded and transported to the new apartment, I was informed that the furniture could not be assembled because the fitter had not come! After various phone calls, emails and repeated inquiries, the last pieces of furniture were assembled 14 days late. The fitters only arrived 5 hours after the agreed date! Furthermore, various damages were caused during the move, which until today, 2.5 months later, have not been completely repaired or financially compensated, although I had taken out insurance as new value! Communication in particular is poor, as there was no response without constant, persistent inquiries by email and telephone. You will not be informed if there are delays in appointments or if services cannot be provided. Conclusion: not to be recommended!

Easily accessible until the day of the move and quick feedback. Unfortunately, when moving, the fitter did not handle the furniture very carefully when dismantling and assembling the furniture and therefore some of it was damaged. To this day I'm waiting for an appointment so that repairs can be made so that I can finally put the closet away. In addition, decency dictates that you inform us that unfortunately we have damaged this. Not even close! None of the movers come and say that unfortunately happened to me. Rather, one hopes that the customer has not noticed. If the damage to property is discovered later, it means that the deadline (damage report within 24 hours) has expired. And you could have checked everything on the day of the move. I didn't feel like I could take 1-2 hours. Tip: It is best to place one person in each room to monitor. In addition, there is no exchange of information within the company, ie the moving staff communicates with the office. If you call the office and ask, the answer is that you don't know anything about it and that the customer has to inform the office. They have no contact with the moving staff because they are out in the field!!

The move actually went ok. I had also booked the lamp assembly. Some time after the move, the power went out in the apartment. After lengthy troubleshooting by a master electrician, it turned out that a cable had burned through in a lamp due to improper installation, which caused the power failure. The housing of another lamp was live! If I had touched that... Completely customer-unfriendly procedure, no assumption of costs for the self-caused life-threatening error.
