Zunächst: Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket der Firma RST-Systemtrans. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder zeit sehr freundlich und machten einen kompetenten Eindruck. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war außerdem entscheidend. Der Umzug verlief insgesamt ohne ernsthafte Probleme. Der Disponent nahm sich im Vorfeld viel Zeit zur Aufnahme/Besichtigung der zu transportierenden Möbel. Schon an dieser Stelle hatten wir einen positiven Eindruck, da unserer Ansicht nach eine faire und sachgerechte Einschätzung vorgenommen wurde. Der Umzug ging von Rödermark nach Groß-Umstadt, also über eine Distanz von ca. 25 km. Wir vereinbarten, die etwa 100 Umzugskisten und einige Möbelstücke selbst einzupacken. Einige Stücke, wie z.B. Lampen, transportierten wir auch selbst. Lediglich die großen und teuren Möbelstücke (USM, Thonet, Vitra, Knoll) wurden fachmännisch von den freundlichen Mitarbeitern mit Decken und Folie eingefasst, sodass diese den Transport ohne Beschädigungen überstanden. Die Transportversicherung gab uns zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl. Weiterhin vereinbarten wir, einen Umzugshelfer zu stellen. Am Umzugstag wurde ein zweiter Umzugshelfer durch uns gestellt, sodass wir zu fünft waren. Leider verspätete sich die Umzugskolonne um eine ganze Stunde, worüber wir erst auf fernmündliche Nachfrage Kenntnis erlangten. Mit Hilfe eines Lastenaufzugs verlief der Auszug aus der Wohnung im 2. Stock reibungslos. Es gab zwar beim Aufbau desselben ein Problem, das aber nach Rücksprache und Einverständnis mit dem Kolonnenführer durch uns selbst behoben werden konnte. Andernfalls hätte der Aufzug wieder ab- und erneut aufgebaut werden müssen, was zu weiteren Verzögerungen geführt hätte. Es mussten keine Möbel durch RST-Systemtrans ab- oder aufgebaut werden. Der Einzug ging dann in das Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses, wobei der LKW zum Entladen direkt vor die Haustüre fahren konnte. Zwischenzeitlich sorgten wir für eine reichhaltige Vesperpause zur Stärkung aller Beteiligten. Soweit, so gut. Wir entscheiden uns für die Bewertung GUT, da, abgesehen von der einstündigen Verspätung und der Komplikation beim Aufbau des Lastenaufzugs der Kolonnenführer vor dem Abladen des LKW ausführte, dass die Zeit nun doch dränge, da vertraglich eine gewisse Stundenanzahl (5 Std. laut Angebot/Vertrag) durch den Disponenten vorgegeben worden sei, in welcher der Umzug zu schaffen sein müsse. Würde man länger brauchen, so müssten wir die Mehrkosten dafür übernehmen. Das irritierte uns dann doch, zumal wir zwei Umzugshelfer stellten und der Umzug soweit reibungslos verlief (Kein Stau, etc.). Dieser Sachverhalt war uns nicht gegenwärtig und so stellte sich doch kurzfristig ein fader Beigeschmack ein, zumal uns versichert wurde, dass es keine versteckten Mehrkosten gäbe. Wir gingen natürlich davon aus, dass die Einschätzung zur Dauer des Umzugs ausreichend sei. Das Entladen des LKW ging dann jedoch so schnell von der Hand, dass vom Kolonnenführer sogar noch eine Pause eingelegt werden konnte. Der zuvor per EC-Karte entrichtete Betrag für den Umzug erhöhte sich nachvollziehbar lediglich um ein paar Meter Verbrauchsmaterial, was jedoch nicht ins Gewicht fiel. Versteckte Kosten gab es sodann keine. Abgesehen von der eben erwähnten, kurzfristigen Irritation, welche aber sicher mit RST-Systemtrans hätte positiv geklärt werden können, sind wir mit dem Umzugsunternehmen sehr zufrieden und würden dieses wieder beauftragen, bzw. weiter empfehlen. Insbesondere die hohe Motivation und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sodass auch der Umzug zu einem positiven Erlebnis wurde. Besten Dank dafür.
