This was a very quick service. They beat my expectations. They not only got the task done on time but the task was done before the time. I have not experienced a faster move than this before. I didn’t have to do a thing as the crew of Reloswiss RM Relocation & Marketing GmbH handled everything from beginning to the end including the booking and loading of my stuffs. I was very comfortable and relaxed because of your help and will definitely come for your services in my future moves. I am very happy with the results and service rendered by your company to me in my home relocation from Germany to Switzerland. I could not carry some things in my old home as I was single. I needed help and you guys not only rendered the help I needed but also you were very polite and nice. They helped me in setting up the living room and by moving the heavy furniture around.

I couldn’t have said that a couple of months back when I knew nothing about this company, my brother got to inform me about them. Just some few months back before I got work transfer from Switzerland to Colombia. He assured me that they were going to impress me with their quality of services and that is exactly what happened. I ended up blaming my brother for not informing me about them earlier.

If there is one thing I am sure not to forget in the next couple of years, it is the undaunted experience I had with Reloswiss. I had never come across such dedicated and committed team of experts. Considering their reputation, I expected them to offer great services but not that much excellent as they did. I felt challenged at the end of it all. Your team is incredible and I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. The relocation from Switzerland to United States was one of its own kinds. I have moved several times but not at one moment was I accorded the services I received last month. Reloswiss sent down an able and committed team which ensured that my relocation was flawless. In as much as I expected great services, I didn’t anticipate for that level of excellence. Comparing them to the other movers I have hired out, there is a very big difference.

I never believed in affordable and reliable services till I came across Reloswiss movers. I have always known that great services come at higher costs but this company proved me otherwise. When I called them for the relocation from Switzerland to Hong Kong, they gave me such an awesome quotation. Funnily enough, I ended up paying less than that in the long run. The services were efficient, perfect and at par with my standards. I like how everything turned out and the least I can say to them is a huge Thanks.

It is now apparently clear that every staff in this moving company is highly trained. Reloswiss RM Relocation & Marketing GmbH only sent three guys to assist us in relocating from Switzerland to Sweden. The guys worked themselves out energetically and made our move highly successful. We moved within a couple of weeks and got to our new residence on time. None of our belongings was destroyed during this relocation. We highly thank this highly reliable mover for their all-important service. Couldn’t be happier! So I live in a three bedroom apartment hence not that much items but I still needed help. I was referred to Reloswiss RM Relocation & Marketing GmbH by a friend and wasn’t sure what to expect. The mover was awesome and didn’t rate me as a low priority client as other companies did to me previously. He was flexible with the schedule and made everything easy enough for me to understand. The crew arrived right on time and were done few days earlier than expected. I later got a call from them asking how the move went, couldn’t have gone smoother than that.

If you have never moved before, let me tell you that there is so much that can go wrong, for example, your things can get damaged ,lost or broken and even the whole move could get delayed if the mover truck is too slow as had happened to me in my past moving experiences. However I have vowed this will never occur to me again as my last move was steered by Reloswiss RM Relocation & Marketing GmbH and their services were incredibly awesome. All of my belongings reached our new home safely and in one piece. Anyone looking for an excellent and reliable moving company to move his stuff sufficiently has my recommendation of Reloswiss RM Relocation & Marketing GmbH moving company. Not only were they professional and efficient but also they were mindful of time. In just a couple of hours they had wrapped and loaded all our belongings ready to move to our new location. The items were moved to our new home at a considerably perfect time as we had wished and there was no damage or breakage to report on.

I have recently moved from Switzerland to Canada. The service we received from Reloswiss was terrible. Firstly I was sent the wrong shipment, it took a further 6 weeks to Find and ship our belongings to us. More importantly the company barely kept in contact with me during this time. They didn't reply to my mails and I was the only one who paid for international calls to resolve the problem. I was contacted by 3 different companies to find and ship my belongings even though Reloswiss were supposed to handle everything. The packing of breakable was careless and I lost most of the ceramic items to breakage.

I'm informing you as I want to spare others from going through what my family and I had to endure with Reloswiss in an already stressful time, moving to a new continent.

Reloswiss had friendly and responsive customer service and a competitive quote (although not the cheapest) which is the reason we decided to go with them for our move from Switzerland to Australia.

Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. When it came to packing, the team that were used were completely unprofessional.

They took no regard for our property, in some cases things appeared to have been dumped into boxes and ripped in order to fit properly. Items were not disassembled properly, and many things were damaged and broken during the move. The team that unpacked in Australia said "they had never seen anything like it before".

When we contacted them for recourse, Reloswiss blamed the contractors and said it was not their fault, which was one of the most disappointing parts of the experience. We were able to get a lot back on insurance, however, the experience was pretty horrible and not one I'd like to repeat.

I can highly redommend Reloswiss. We moved the the whole content of a 6 room house from Switzerland to Sydney.
Everything from quoting to packing and shipping was to our full satisfaction. The goods arrived here in Sydney in time and were
everything was handled by a company called "Relocation".
Relocation worked to our full satisfaction as well.
We were very happy with both companies, any time again.
