Nach knapp zwei Stunden war meine 2-zimmerwohnung komplett verladen ,so dass gegen 9 Uhr in Richtung meiner neuen Wohnung ins knapp über 200 km entfernte Laupheim aufgebrochen werden konnte,dort kam die Umzugsfirma kurz nach 12 Uhr an und entlud die Möbel bis ca 14 Uhr,auch hier wieder vorsichtig und professionell im Umgang mit meinen Möbel.

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden wie mein Umzug gelaufen ist.
Ich war zur Zeit der Beauftragung nicht in Deutschland, daher war es für mich sehr wichtig, dass ich das Ganze ohne Begehung abwickeln konnte. Hat hier super anhand einer Liste geklappt. Auch mehrere Rückrufe der Movinga zu mir nach China waren kein Problem. Mit Telefon und Internet alles durchgesprochen, letzte Änderungen am Vertrag direkt am Telefon besprochen und zwei Minuten später hatte ich den neuen Vertrag. Alles in allem hat es wohl nicht mal 2 Stunden gedauert bis alles abgeschlossen war.
Natürlich haben auf meiner Liste zwei, drei Schränke gefehlt, aber das war am Umzugstag kein Problem (sie wurden mitgenommen, aber der LKW hatte auch noch ausreichend Platz). ELIAS Umzüge kam pünktlich um 7 Uhr an (Movinga hatte 7-9 gesagt und ich schon das schlimmste befürchtet) und haben alles professionell (im Vergleich mit vorherigen Umzugsunternehmen) und schnell verpackt. Auch kleinere Zusatzaufgaben (Demontage Lampen) und zusätzliche Kartons wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die können einfach per zusätzlicher Rechnung bezahlt werden. Ausladen war etwas unter Zeitdruck, hat aber auch perfekt geklappt und alles hat in den Lagerraum gepasst. Vielen Dank an das ELIAS Team.
