Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. This was a consignement from the UK to Germany and I accepted their estimate of delivery of 2-3 weeks through my UK packers and storage company, but with the provisio that I would be away just at the end of the 3 weeks.
They said they would try to get it to me before my departure date by one day. Repeated attempts to ascertain an approximate date of arrival failed for over 2 weeks. I was then told it would be nearer a further 10 days on top of that - totalling over 4 weeks for delivery.
I felt at this point they had misrepresented the facts in order to get my business and full upfront payment. Through the faollowing 2 weeks, they brought the day forward 2 days, and the week of the proposed arrival, they put it back by one day. On the final thrid change of date, they could not tell me what time the vehicle would be with me.
On the supposed day of arrival, I was up at 6am to wait; by midday, there was no sign. I rang my shippers in the UK and they were told by Hunts it would be afternoon - that's all. I then received a call from the driver of the vehicle (who were the subcontractors - I didn't know it had been subcontracted) to say they had just arrived in Bergen, Norway, and they would be with me at 8pm.
I then received another call from the driver later that afternoon to say they had had a puncture and would not be with me on the day. I was highly sceptical, but then the subcontractor's head office in Liverpool rang me immediately both on my landline and mobile to tell me of the puncture. I then realised that the fault lay with Hunts anad not the subcontractors because when the crew arrived they told me all about the tyre that had blown, so that part of the story was true,
Zero business courtesy, zero communication, zero customer-care. If the subcontractor could ring me immediately, so could have Hunts throughout the 4 weeks' plus they had my goods and my money,  Never come across this in all my 33 house-moves. Utterly atrocious.

We have used Hunts to relocate 3 times in the last few years with the most recent removal taking place in late Sep '16 from Ireland to the UK. We have always found all staff (office based and removal teams) polite and very helpful.

Additionally removal teams have always arrived at the agreed times and additional resources have always been available when needed to ensue that packing deadlines have been met. Items have always been professionally packed with no issues being encountered with broken items when unpacking.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunts to anybody looking to relocate to or from overseas.

5 Star service and brilliant efficiency! From quote to arrival it has all been utterly smooth. The most stressful part of the whole job was that the team (Ian & Jason) had got themselves ahead of schedule and requested an earlier than planned pick up. But they calmly took over the last of the packing with us and with amazing energy and care, loaded us up with precision (it was a challenge to get it all in - but they did it!) and so enabled us to set off driving back to the UK early. I'm hoping not to have to use Hunts again for a while..! BUT would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone contemplating an International Home Move. Superb and a very fair price to boot - thank you!

My husband’s company gave us a budget for the relocation from Switzerland. Hunts quote was not the cheapest although we felt comfortable after discussing the move with Darrell and Adam. The truck arrived in the afternoon the day before the collection date which made everything so easy. Hunts looked after all the customs formalities for us and the truck arrived in Dublin on time. It was so nice to see the smiling face of Reiss the Driver. All was unloaded and unpacked  without any problems. I would recommend Hunts to anyone moving within Europe.

A one day premium pack and wrap became a two day partial DIY, Hunts outsoureced the Project, The Contract did a full site survey and set off assuredly wrapping our goods. It poured with rain so he said they would wrap one day and load on the morrow with hopefully better conditions. On Day 2 panic! We are introduced out of the blue to a new timeline and a need to meet a morning Ferry deadline. So some of our goods could not be loaded. They asked if they could come back next week and load the rest. Well you can guess my reaction.

I thought it had the desired effect. The Crew lead 'called' his office, all good they would send a second vehicle but catch the ferry. Ok said I on the proviso taht there were no extra costs. We called Hunts in the Uk to warn them of our issues. Told them we had straightened it out. We packed 23 boxes to facilate meeting the deadline, I joined the crew - we even tipped them all.

Hah. Hunts slapped a 1500 bill on us, they told us that the Team Lead could not have called the office it was closed. They told us it was our choice to pack and that the Ferry was irrelevant it was that we had contracted for 1000 cubic feet and our move was 1400. Making our inventory and the site visit irrelevant. Our load had to be consolidated and we would have to rebook new flights and change all our arrangements meaning total costs being in the region of £9000. We were given no time to pay, there was never a detailed plan and as we write - we have had no formal conversation ath our house contents will make it to the mainland. The Sales team stubbornly accept no blame, they deny the events - Trump like - this has been a collosal costly mistake, the wrong supplier, poor customer service, short sighted and greedy.
