Only you know the answer to that and no matter how many home moves and new places you move to, that search for a feeling of inner peace may never be satisfied by a physical relocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The internet has closed the miles that a home move could have created between you and your old friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It can be a useful tool to help keep in contact with them and still have a support network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use that support network to help you realise what a wonderful opportunity this home move is, to reinforce that you have made the right decision in moving and that you have much to look forward to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally, remember that most home moves are not a one-way ticket. The body deals with stress and anxiety by taking longer periods of rest. But if this goes on for more than a few days then this is a usual sign of depression.<\/li><li><strong>Having no energy.<\/strong> Feeling exhausted and having no energy is understandable after the hectic days of moving out and then organizing your new home. But if you do not even have the energy after a few days rest to start unpacking then this could be a sign of relocation depression.<\/li><li>Lack of interest.
