Very poor service - Removals Review

Anglo Pacific were an absolute nightmare from the word go: They got the quote wrong so I ended up paying more than expected. They forgot about my moving date so I had to live surrounded by packed boxes for weeks. They couldn't find my flat on 2 occassions when they were supposed to deliver my boxes, so I received those late. They forgot to supply bubble wrap. They brought the wrong plywood cases so my fragile things had to go into normal cartons. They were extremely unorganised, very poor customer service. It's been an extremely stressful experience. Do not use them!
