Very Poor customer service and experience. - Removals Review

I would recommend that you find anyone else. They called my wife at 3pm the day before the move, saying did you get the email, and then cancelled on us, so ignore point 8 on their website 'We guarantee that we will turn up to do the service you requested' I spent then over an hour trying to get someone on the phone to try and explain why they had cancelled at such short notice. I eventually got through to someone, on a very bad phone line, who after another hour eventually told me that the driver had hurt his back. The best they could do was offer a refund, or move us 1 1/2 weeks later. They are without doubt the least professional company I have had to deal with, I fully understand if accidents happen, but they offered no explination at first, and no understanding to the stressful situation moving is. I just want people to know, be warned, if you get the guys there, great, as other people have reviewed them very well, but be warned, they might not show up at all !!!!
