These people are very, very sad. The problem is that they are absolutely incompetent - but they don't even know it! They damage and scratch furniture and don't even know how to take care. They have obviously just got a van and think they can throw people's stuff in it. They then extort extra for non-existent 'waiting time' and then threaten physical violence and recrimination if you don't pay up. Don't let these people anywhere near your life, let alone give them your address.
