do not use them, I had only 20 bxes to move 3 minutes away from the original point. I am moving almost every 6 month and used to removal comapgny the cost was £90.00 wich you cant argue. I could not be there on the arrival of the movers therefore have asked a friend to be there. Booking time was 3:00 pm, I call the day before to reconfirm the time, the sales man say to me me they may be 15 minutes early or 15 minutes late. the came at :16:35, my friend was fuming, I was embarrassed , call them and said to them that I was not happy at all and ask for a gesture money wise. the guy reply to me that he preffered not to do it than do a discount and told me that I was a cheap personn who just did not want to pay, excuse me but I never right any review bad or positiv and I just feel like I had to because He made me understand that they did not need of my money, who does not on this period they way they spoke to me was absolutly aroundous. Very unprofessional people, tired of anything that you will assk them on the day. I have used several time casey Removal and those atre the best people in london.
