I bought the Irolis voucher on groupon last year as a just in case, and luckily managed to redeem it just before it ran out. TBH - It did take a few emails to book a moving date and time, and I think my phone call on the moving date "reminded" them on the actual date. However, Pavel the mover was excellent, arrived almost bang on, the time I requested, was courteous, attentive, patient (which is always a boon!), and basically a nice guy! Based on him I would definitely recommend Irolis.
