Very bad experience with this moving company. Everything promised on booking but no professional service from the packers, movers of the customer service team. No system in packing or labelling boxes. Items were stolen, items were missing on arrival, furniture was not assembled correctly. The customer service was rude and obscene. The ground team were untrained and had no idea what was agreed at the point of booking. Office team did not accept any responsibility of the lack of service or solve problems occurring during the move. Do yourself a favour and use another company to save your sanity and possession from harm and theft.
