The salesman came to do an inventory and estimate within 24 hours of initial contact. The quote was reasonable and competitive. The move coordination team were very helpful and informative.

A team of 3 removal men arrived on time on our removal day. They were friendly, efficient and very hardworking. One man did most of the packing of china, glass etc.

As arranged they arrived at our new French house 4 days later. The same team leader with one other crew member. Unloading took an afternoon and the most of the following day. They both worked like demons and they hardly took a break. The goods had been well packed and labelled. We have some fragile antique furniture and several oil pantings including one very large valuable canvas. All arrived safely. There was only one casualty - a ceramic table lamp. A pity, but not worth getting worked up about.

We've used Pickfords before and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
