we order a van from my removals to get to us at 12pm it is now 1.58pm and we are still waiting they only just rang us 10mins ago and said they will be 15mins longer i also have other things to do i booked a 2 hour slot and it would have been done by now if they had arrived at 12pm 2 hours later im still waiting wtf!!!!! i will never use this dodgy service again and even when i complained we got no discount or no sorry the manager did not care and said about traffic i looked the road up that he said had traffic and there was no traffic im fuming!!!!!
