Extremely poor - Removals Review

The moving men went first of all to an incorrect address. My girlfriend had to go out into the streets to find them.
They were late.
They brought an extra person with them who was a "friend" of theirs and who proceeded to call and harass my girlfriend after the move was completed.
One box went "missing" and they broke an expensive light which although packed in bubble wrap and a blanket by us and then was in a box, is completely un-repairable. We can only think they must have been tossing boxes about on the road and dropped this one.
When we complained to the owner about these issues - he stated that he would get back to us in 24 hours - he didn’t.
After 2 weeks we chased him and he only replied as we copied in a friend from the programme watch-dog! He wrote a very rude reply and to be honest - we cant deal with such dishonest people - we also just write this review so no-one gets harassed and their stuff broken or stolen.
