Used these jokers to move from Glasgow to Newcastle. Arrived 3-4 hours late. A number of boxes (of which I still have photos) had been left to soak up water but luckily the contents was undamaged. One item was missing and I was informed to contact the depot in the morning. Weeks of empty promises of redelivery passed until I was eventually hung up on twice in attempts to rearrange delivery yet again. The most galling episode was having the phone slammed down on me by a guy who informed me that he only worked there temporarily and couldn't help but was the same person who had taken my order a couple of months before! Numerous letters passed threatening legal action, but unfortunately I cannot afford this. Surprisingly no response was ever forthcoming. In summary, poor service and lies. Steer well clear.
