Having held items in store, some after 12 months had been broken and our complaint was ignored, the covering insurance failed to meet our costs and we have been left out of pocket and without items that whilst not high value were items we wanted in our new home. A larger team of staff was promised in the quote but on removal day the team was far smaller than that we were prommised. Sadly a poor service and left feeling very let down by their after sales (lack of service)
