The removal took two hours longer just because Leo and his team forgot to bring trollies to the site, most of my boxes including books and a new matress got damaged due to rain because the kept us waiting for the trollies. I could see all my life that had been carefully packed was perishing in front of my eyes. This was not over, at destination, the delivery driver demanded hundreds of poounds more than they original written quotation which I still have. I called Leo and he said that i have to pay the amount. The driver said he was not himself pleased for asking more as this is what he is asked to do by His manager every time. For me it was a very bad experience.
