Irolis Removals is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I booked 3 weeks in advance of my house move, after having struggled for days to get anyone to answer the phone. On the day before I was due to move they canceled out on me, supposedly because one of their drivers was ill. I suggested that surely as a serious company they had back up plans in such circumstances. After supposedly trying, they called me the next day to say they couldn't find anyone. I was put in a very, very awkward position. Last minute cancelations are very amateurish. A serious company would always have a back up plan. I would suggest Irolis Removals are to be avoided at ALL costs!
