An easy stress free London Move - Removals Review

From initially finding Acorn on Google, we had a free survey undertaken by Sam which was incredibly spot on and undertook the best part of 45minutes which answered and explained all our queries. After deliberating from 4 moving companies we found Acorn as the most reputable, able to answer all of our question clearly and most importantly were contactable when we needed them. We moved from a 6 bedroom home to another from North London to Surrey. The staff turned up fully uniformed in a clean removal vehicle had taken us around the home to familiarise themselves with the move. The team were great and used all new materials, not like a previous comapny who had used second hand boxes for our move. The team completed the entire packing side of the move on day 1 and on day 2 returned with an adequate removal vehicle to complete the loading and delivery which was done all in one long day. At the other side the team of 6 unloaded all of our items and placed them all in to the correct rooms as we requested. Sofas and furniture items were placed and rebuilt where necessary. All items were delivered to us in original conditon and we did not need to claim for any items on our insurance. We had taken out Standard Liability Insurance which was charged at 10% of the move value. Overall the move had taken 2 days with the same teams on both days so it was easier as they all knew what jobs they needed to complete. They protected all items perfectly including the new carpet in the home. having moved around 3 times already within UK this was by far the most pleasant and professional move.
