We have used Movivan last week and they did an amazing job by helping us move to Maidenhead. On Thursday the guys came and they carefully packed all boxes. They were polite cheerful and even waited for me to finish my work on the computer to pack my office room. On Friday there were two more extra people to help, so four friendly and hard working chaps from movivan managed to take everything on their vans by lunch time. They have managed to finish by 6 pm so overall fantastic service and very happy I chose this company. Thank you.

These guys are AMAZING, I was let down at the last minute by another company and Movivan bent over backwards to help. I emailed them am in a right state of meltdown and they phoned me back minutes later. Before I knew it they had a Luton Van out side with two Charming Lads and I was moved that very day.

I'm moved houses all over the world and these guys are the best ive ever come across. 5Star fella it was a pleasure. 100% recommend them and I for one wouldn't go to anyone else.

We used Movivan removals 2 weeks ago to move from our first floor 2 bed maisonette in Herts down to Kent.
Very happy with the result.
Two young guys promptly arrived, provided all the boxes and did all the packing.
They handled all the furniture and appliances carefully and expertly loaded/unloaded onto/off the truck.
The pair did not stop throughout disassembling then reassembling beds, disconnecting then reconnecting fridge, washing machine etc.
First class service, well done lads :).

Wow - I’ve never really moved home before and this company are A star and exceeded all my expectations. We had so much stuff and they worked tirelessly and with such care, diligence and humour :) they dismantled and rebuilt all our furniture, packed all our belongings, and helped ensure all boxes, furniture and bedding were in the right place. They even ensured we had a box “drinks for tonight and “important tv cables” - friendly, helpful, offering helpful tips - oh and most importantly fitted us in with little notice. AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ...

Movivan is a company that you should avoid at all costs if you would like to have a relatively stress free move. They seem very professional when doing the booking but they are utterly unprofessional once you pay the deposit and engage them. They were roughly 5 hours late, we had to keep calling for an update as to when they were coming. They had ZERO Covid protection measures (not even basic handwashing/sanitising). Ultimately my husband and I ended up doing 60% of the move ourselves.

The issue lies with the management rather than with the employees. We would definitely NOT recommend Movivan to anyone and we will definitely never use them ever again.

The guys at Movivan were absolutely fantastic. Each one of the guys were friendly and considerate with all of our furniture. They wrapped and dismantled furniture we would never of even thought of doing which was amazing. They were absolutely happy to wait for us to get the keys and even managed to finish 30 minutes early! Without hesitation I will be using Movivan again. Mukhtar in the office put my mind at ease and gave me confidence in the service, which Movivan delivered. Thank you again, until our next move!

An outstanding company with excellent value for money. When I read their reviews on Trustpilot I almost thought they were too good to be true, but I found them to be everything that they were recommended for.

Everybody I dealt with was polite, attentive and considerate. I had to change my provisional moving date multiple times and Ivan was patient and persistent in setting up the best service for me.

It was a long and demanding moving day, starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm and throughout the removal men were polite, very patient and worked very hard. They took great care of my property including my plants. They were professional, efficient and delivered a fantastic service. I'd be delighted to use them again if needed and will definitely engage their services for junk removal once I've settled in.

We booked Movivan at short notice for our move from London to Sussex, on a recommendation from a friend who had used them for her move recently. They were so accommodating, both in fitting us in and last minute changes to itinerary. On the day, the team were astoundingly efficient and we were simply amazed at how quickly and smoothly they managed to move everything to our new home. Outstanding, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad I booked you guys, thank you for taking the stress out of moving!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the quote to completion. Miro was my contact person through the whole thing, he was kind, professional and most importantly worked with my needs. I had a tiny bit of a complicated move they handled it like stars, even getting everything done before the initial timeframes we discussed!! The guys who packed our things and physically moved everything we’re things of LEGEND. Not one thing was broken and I have more bar glasses then I’d like to admit. I honestly just can’t say enough about them. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. Thank you Miro and Movivan for making this stressful time as stress free as possible!!!! I highly recommend you use this company for any removal needs!

1st experience with Movivan (summer 2020) was great, the office team was proactive, reactive, they reassure me, answer quickly my emails…).

2nd experience with Movivan (summer 2021) was a CATASTROPHE, I asked for an option with storage for a month (wasn’t sure of the exact dates). It took longer to get a quotation and it was over 30% expensive than the year before.

3 WEEKS BEFORE THE MOVING OUT DAY, I gave them the exact dates (5 weeks and 2 days of storage), but they didn’t update the quotation (had many chances to updated it, and never did).

It wasn’t until the DELIVERY DAY that they make me pay the extra (10 days of storage). Apparently is “their policy” to treat clients like that: where the field guys stop delivery while the payment hasn’t gone through. NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE

In simple words, if you have storage to do, you need to push them to do their job! So better choose another company!

Ah! And I asked for the stairs to be protected (have proof that they would), and simply they didn’t. I don’t know if it’s the office or the field team issue, but definitely, they have many issues to fix. In the meantime, I suggest you call another company.

Can't recommend these guys enough - I dealt with Mukhtar who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He met all of my needs and is a credit to the business!! I shopped around and these guys were the cheapest and extremely professional. The 2 removal men were great and I cannot compliment them enough - they were extremely polite, extra helpful, arrived early and packed everything securely in two large vehicles. Nothing was a problem or issue for them - I gave them a cash tip and also a large bottle of Jack Daniels after the move. I would highly recommend these guys and have no qualms about referring any of my family or friends to them! 5 star but I would give 10 if I could.

The word disappointing does not quite sum it up. Before removal day Movivan were relatively helpful and attentive, but on the day they turned up an hour late, were extremely rude and seemed irritated that I had been expecting them at a different time. Despite having booked (and paid for) two vans, they arrived with one and complained that I had too many belongings and that they weren't sure if they would be able to complete the job. Guess what - our belongings comfortably fitted in one van and they were able to complete the job within the agreed time, despite their constant moaning.

The removal men were generally competent, but on arrival at our new home they demanded an immediate payment of £750 in cash. We had agreed previously to pay in cash once we reached our new property, but I hadn't expected to have to pay immediately - especially as I had already paid a 25% deposit. I was stunned when the men refused to continue with the job until we gave them the cash, , instead sitting in their van doing nothing. They threated to charge us extra if the job ended up going over the allotted time.

They might say that this is in their terms and conditions, but it was a genuine mistake on our part - moving home is very stressful and I simply forgot to get the cash out before they unloaded. I believe a bit of compassion should have been shown, rather than refusing to work and leaving my wife frantically driving around our new town trying to find a cashpoint. Did they honestly think that we would refuse to pay them? We were treated like criminals who were trying to rob them - really not what we needed on an already stressful day.

I texted my concerns the following day and was ignored, so I can only conclude that Movivan could not care less about their customers.
