Polite, friendly and efficient, made moving my elderly mother from her flat in York to our home in Bristol a much less stressful job. Even cleared everything we didn’t need for us.

Hooks first moved us after York's 2015 Boxing Day floods - a very stressful time that they made as good as it could be. Since then we have used them for a couple of small jobs and now, most recently, to move us from York to Edinburgh. Fantastic team, incredibly helpful nothing too much trouble. Hopefully won’t need to use again anytime soon but would not hesitate to do so. They were fantastic from start to finish. Quite how they got some of the furniture to where it needed to go without any mishap is beyond me. You will not be disappointed
